تعد الصلابة النفسية و معنى الحياة من المفاهيم الحديثة في علم النفس الإيجابي, و هي من المتغيرات المهمة التي تساعد على مواجهة المواقف الصعبة و التحديات و الآلام و التركيز عليها خلال الفترة الصعبة, و هي الحرب على سورية (2011-2015) مهم و أساسي. و انطلاقاً من ذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية و معنى الحياة و مستوى كل منها لدى عينة من جرحى الجيش العربي السوري خلال الأزمة التي تشهدها سورية منذ بداية (2011), و عما إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الجرحى تعزى لمتغيرات (نوع الإعاقة/ نوع الخدمة) , و عما إذا كانت هناك فروق في معنى الحياة لدى الجرحى تعزى للمتغيرات السابقة, و اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي, و تمثلت عينة الدراسة بـ (122 جريح من محافظة طرطوس) و تم استخدام مقياس الصلابة النفسية و مقياس معنى الحياة, و توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: يتمتع الجرحى في عينة البحث الحالي بمستوى مرتفع من الصلابة النفسية و في إدراكهم لمعنى الحياة، و توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الصلابة النفسية و معنى الحياة, و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة وفقاً للإعاقة و نوعية الخدمة, و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معنى الحياة لدى الجرحى وفقاً لنوع الإعاقة و نوع الخدمة, و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات و المقترحات.
The current study aims to identify the level of psychological hardiness and the meaning of life among the Syrian Arab army wounded. As well as to investigate the relationship between the psychological hardiness and the meaning of life among them. As well as to detect whether there are differences in the level of psychological hardiness can be due to certain demographic variables such as handicapped(permanent/temporary)and kinds of services( compulsory/volunteer ).The researcher used the descriptive method and sample formed of (122) of Syrian Arab army's woundedand used to achieve the objectives of the study two scales, psychological hardiness, the meaning of life. The study found the following results: -The relative weight of psychological hardiness of Syrian Arab army's wounded(75%) also reached the relative weight of meaning of life (73,46) and there is a positive correlation between the level of psychological hardiness to the Syrian Arab army's wounded and there are not significant differences in the level of psychological hardiness ,meaning of life due to the variables used in it.

This research aimed to know the relationship between Psychological Hardiness and
the life satisfaction and realized the level of Psychological Hardiness and the level of life
satisfaction for sample of breast cancer patients, also aimed to examine
the differences in
Psychological Hardiness and life satisfaction according to the variables (age, marital status,
duration of the disease). The research used Descriptive analytical method, The sample
included (112) breast cancer patients in the year 2017. The research used two measures for
Psychological Hardiness and the life satisfaction. Validity of the questionnaire was
established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff at Tishreen University. Pilot sample
consisted of (28) breast cancer patients. Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha
Reliability at lest (0.835) for life satisfaction measure, and (0.867) for Psychological
Hardiness measure.
The final results showed there are positive relationship between Psychological
Hardiness and the life satisfaction for the Students. In fact, the level of Psychological
Hardiness and life satisfaction for breast cancer patients were middle rated for the sample
research. Finally, the study showed significant differences in Psychological Hardiness to
the variable age in favor of the more than (45) years, also to marital status in favor of the
marries, and to duration of the disease in favor of the breast cancer patients more than (5)
years, also there are showed significant differences in the level of life satisfaction
according to the variable age in favor of the more than (45) years, also to marital status in
favor of the marries, and to duration of the disease in favor of the breast cancer patients
more than (5) years.
Psychological resilience refers to the individual’s tendency to remain steadfast and composed in time of adversity and pressure in addition to his ability to be actively compatible and to cope positively with traumatic states and pressures.

ntly, this is conducive to fastness in recovery and overstepping traumatic states. It also leads to the previous normal functional state, and therefore to considering the traumatic or pressing state an opportunity to empower and fortify one’s self against traumatic states and pressures in the future.
The “Meaning of Life,” as an idiom, is considered one of the concepts that has attracted the interest of researchers in the field of mental health. For the human being, the meaning of life relates to its value, his self-contentment and his self-appreciation in the sense that his life revolves around and within the role that he finds himself best in acting.
Frankl(1974) asserts that the meaning of life, love and identity follows the traumatic experiences that the individual encounters through his life. Bad situations are considered an opportunity for the individual to grow. To achieve this, one must have faith in the future, and without faith, there is no meaning for life or reason for living. The flow state represents the crucial factor in constituting the meaning and goal of life, and making sense and value out of it. Hence, this state pushes those who cope up with it to be creative; nay, to the highest degrees of human creativeness.
This paper attempts to link the previous variables with the resilience of the Syrian Arab Army by approaching methodologically the elements of this research paper. This methodological approach depends on analyzing the literature of the subject matter by collecting and coordinating the theoretical writings and research studies in this domain, then analyzing them in order to illustrate their underlying implications, and therefore easing the task to know the secret of psychological resilience, flow, and meaning of life within the context of positive psychology. In order to excavate for this secret, one must look for the nature of these variable and its limitations, and applying them on the resilience of the Syrian Arab Army. Thus, the current paper relies on a description and explanation emanating from building a base of concepts, and the methodology here is closer to qualitative research.
The aim of the research was to identify the relationship
between the two levels of social anxiety and psychological
Hardiness among the general secondary school students in
Damascus city, and their differences in the levels of social
anxiety and
psychological Hardiness according to gender and
grade. The study sample consisted of (698) male and female
students who were randomly selected from the general
secondary schools in Damascus. The social anxiety scale (the
researcher's preparation) and the mental hardness scale (Maddi
& Koshaba, 2001) were applied after verifying their validity
and stability.
This study aims to:
1- Know the relationship between the crisis psychological hardness and identity
crisis at a sample of Damascus University Students.
2- Check for differences in both psychological hardness and identity crisis, due to
variables
(gender-Class).
Approach of the study: The Comparative correlation descriptive approach. And the

students on scale Psychological hardness due to the variable (gender).
3- There are significant statistical differences between mean scores of high school
students on scale Psychological hardness due to the variable (Class).
4- There are significant statistical differences between mean scores of high school
students on scale identity crisis due to the variable (gender).
5- There are no significant statistical differences between mean scores of high school
students on scale identity crisis due to the variable (Class).
This research aims to detect the correlation between the meaning of life and rigidity psychological among a sample of Third-year
students from the University of Damascus - the colleges of education, architecture, economics, fine arts, where the numb
er of
members of the research sample (120) students, and tries to find the knowledge of the differences in the performance of individuals the research sample attributable to the variables of sex and jurisdiction, has been relying on the scale of the meaning of life for young people, which was prepared by Mohammed Hassan White (2010). The scale of hardness psychological preparation Mukhaimar (2002), and after testing the hypotheses was reached following results:

students of the economy.
4 Presence of statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level of mental toughness in psychological Hardiness on the specialization for students of Fine Arts.
