This study aims to define bird species that use artificial lakes in Syrian coast, and evaluate their population size for management and protection of wildlife. Four different sites were chosen in Syrian coast, which considered the most important artificial lakes. Point counts method was used in bird survey in November, December, January, February, March in 2011. 15 waterbird species were recorded belonging to 9 family and 6 order. Wading birds were the main component of waterbird (60% of all species) in Syrian coast. Populations size was 1 to 300 individuals. Diversity of birds and their Populations were greatest in sites which are rich in food ( especially fish). The results showed a difference in composition of bird communities in studied sites.

The purpose of this research is issuing an Atlas of wind including study of all regions in the Syrian Arab Republic, especially the off shore and on shore areas within the territorial water to determine the economic returns for different sites all over the country where everyday could be invested in each one, and set perceptions and measurements in the Mediterranean about currents, waves and wind so as to choose the forms of offshore wind fans on the Syrian coast. Using of the Syrian territorial water and shore as a site to build wind farms is a way for facing the lack of available areas on land, staying away from the noise of towers fans rotation by this study, the sites which could be used for generating electrical energy were determined at the minimum speed in 4.5 m/sec, which is taken as an indicator to determine the sites depending on the measurements of wind speed and direction from the research centers in Cyprus and Greece.
Through this research, case studies were reviewed which reviewed the dermatology department at Tishreen University Hospital in Lattakia and specialized centers for leishmaniasis and parasitic diseases in Lattakia and Tartous governorates from the beg inning of April 2018 until the end of December 2019. Where Syria is one of the areas endemic with cutaneous leishmaniasis, as we have noticed in recent years the number of skin infections has increased dramatically in all Syrian governorates, which has made leishmaniasis an important health problem that warrants study. In order to isolate and determine the type and strains of the parasite responsible for skin injuries in Syria, in order to develop a plan to combat this disease and limit its spread. Microscopy and transplantation methods are the gold standard for diagnosing cutaneous leishmaniasis, especially in poor areas where this disease is common. Through this study it was found that the age group most exposed to infection is between 16 - 40 years and that the highest incidence was among males. As for the distribution of skin lesions, the highest percentage was recorded on the face, upper and lower extremities.
The research aims to study the reality of Marketing Intelligence (Customer Intelligence, Competitor Intelligence, Communicating Marketing Information among departments) in the private banks operating in the Syrian Coast. The research adapts the des criptive approach. A questionnaire has been developed to collect primary data from the research sample, which is a soft sample of 50 of Syrian Coast Private Banks' managers. 39 valid questionnaires have been returned, which then have been analyzed by using some Statistical tools provided by the statistical program SPSS, like: Means, relative importance, and T-test. The most important research's results are represented in:The Banks under study adapt customer intelligence as one of the most important components of marketing intelligence, with a relative importance reached to (75.81%), and Competitor Intelligence as one of the most important components of marketing intelligence, with a relative importance reached to (73.846%).The researcher also made a number of recommendations, including: The banks in question should give a more formal character to the activities of marketing intelligence, carry out pilot studies to obtain information about customers, and They should have update and detailed reports about competitors; to stay informed about their strategies and movements.
studied the elimination of lead using natural zeolite by studding the the best conditions to removal lead in a system with two phase: liquid (contaminated water with lead)-solid (natural zeolite), correlation of the following factors: time of mixin g phase, granular size of solid phase, change of pH values, concentration of the calcium element as a competitor element for the available sites for occupation on the solid phase, the ratio V/m represents the size of the aqueous phase to the mass of the solid phase and concentration of lead element. On the other hand, the possibility of using natural zeolite as a template for storaging dangerous materials such as lead, has been studied by changing water quality, pH and temperature. The results of this research show that and under the following experimental conditions: time of mixing=4hour, mix of granular size of solid phase, pH< 8, concentration of calcium = 20 ppm,V/m=100 and concentration of lead = 1000 ppm , the rate of lead removal range from 60% to 99%. On the other hand, the results of this research show that changing water quality has no impact on the ability of natural zeolite for storaging lead as a hazardous waste, while pH changes have minor effects on this ability of retention and an effect for the high temperatures on the template was also observed.
The aim of the research is to identify the level of patient satisfaction with the health services provided by the governmental hospitals in the Syrian coast, whether with respect to the doctors treating them, the nursing staff, or the level of serv ice and organization. The research was based on the descriptive approach and the survey method. The questionnaire was used as the main source of data and information. The research community consisted of patients residing in government hospitals in Latakia and Tartous, where 425 questionnaires were distributed to patients, 400 of which were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 94.12%. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: *Satisfaction of patients with doctors treated in public hospitals in the Syrian coast is good, with a relative importance (64.684%). *The satisfaction of patients with nursing staff in general in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level, with a relative importance (64.556%). *Patients' satisfaction with service and organization in general in the public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level, with relative importance (63.51%). *Patients' satisfaction with the quality of treatment provided in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.9%). *Patients' satisfaction with the quality of services provided in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.6%).
