يندرج موضوع دراسة رضا الطلبة ضمن المداخل الحديثة لتطوير التعليم العالي، إذ أصبح رضا الطلبة عنصراً أساسياً من عناصر جودة التعليم. لذا هدف هذا البحث الاستكشافي إلى قياس مستوى رضا طلبة كلية الاقتصاد في جامعة حلب عن الأداء الإداري و الأكاديمي لكليتهم، و قد اُستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للقياس على عينة مؤلفة من 290 طالباً و طالبة من السنوات الأربع و الدراسات العليا، و قد بينت النتائج أن المستوى العام للرضا عن المجالات العشرة المدروسة كان يتراوح بين الجيد في مجال أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، و مقبول في مجال البحث العلمي، و ضعيف في المجالات الأخرى جميعها، كما بينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروقات جوهرية في مستوى الرضا تعود إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية و الدراسة، باستثناء بعض الأسئلة المحددة. و يوصي الباحث أن يؤخذ رضا الطلبة بالحسبان كأحد مكونات الجودة و الاعتمادية، و أن تسعى الإدارات الجامعية المختلفة إلى سد احتياجات الطلبة و تلبية توقعاتهم.

The objective of this research is to identify the concept of the learning organization,
which is a recent concept, and recognize the reality of the application of the learning
organization dimensions at the faculty of the second economy, Tishreen University.
where the researcher adoption Marsick & Watkins questionnaire to the dimensions of
the learning organization was the questionnaire distributed to the representative sample the
staff of the Faculty of the second economy on different administrative levels , The study
concluded that the Faculty of the second economics is learning organization at average
rate according to the average Likert scale Quintet.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة
اليرموك. و علاقة ذلك بكل من الجنس، و التخصص، و المستوى الدراسي، و الدرجة
العلمية.
و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (291) طالباً و طالبة من طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة اليرموك
و من
أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ما يلي:
1 -مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية مستوى متوسط في جميع مجالات أداة
الدراسة.
2 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية
وفقاً لمتغير الجنس، في مجال الطابع الديمقراطي و كان لصالح فئة الذكور، و لا
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في باقي مجالات الدراسة و المجموع الكلي.
3 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية
وفقاً لمتغير التخصص في مجالات الدراسة جميعها.
4 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية
وفقاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي.
5 -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة
الكلية وفقاً لمتغير الدرجة العلمية.
و في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة يقترح الباحثان ضرورة إدخال مساقات
مختلفة عن الديمقراطية في الحياة الجامعية و أثر ذلك على الفرد و المجتمع.
This study aims at identifying the extent to which the postgraduate students in the
Faculty of Computer Engineering at the University of Damascus possess the skills of using
the computer by measuring their ability in using the computer according to
the following
fields:
(Computer skills, computer skills, operating system skills, skills of using ready
software, and skills of using the information network and the Internet). A special
questionnaire was constructed to achieve the objectives of the study and presented to a
group of competent arbitrators with the expertise to verify its validity and consistency. ,
Where the stability coefficient (0.94) was also used, and the Statistical Package Program
(SPSS) was used to analyze the data Finally, the study led to a number of results which, in

This research aims to analyze students views in service characteristics which are provided in Syrian state universities, faculty of Economy as example.
Two variables have been examined which were physical and academic construction. Physical construc
tion was measured using three dimensions; library services, medical care, and supplementary services.
Academic construction were as follows: teaching members, teaching styles, and books. A questionnaire has been distributed to a 100 students at the faculty of economy at Aleppo University. 82 filled questions were analyzed. Most results were about disagree or neutral.
إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو محاولة معرفة الكيفية التي يمكن لإدارة المنشأة من خلالها
التلاؤم مع معطيات التطور التكنولوجي المتواصل و إيجاد السبل الكفيلة بانتظام بل بالتئام
العلاقة مع هذا التطور لكي تكون إدارة هذا المشروع جديرة بالحصول على الحصة التي
تجعل منه مشروعاً قادراً على الديمومة و الاستمرار.
