إلى أن الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري ما زال بحدود متواضعة، و أن هناك تأثيراً إيجابياً لرأس المال الفكري (الصناعة، التنشيط و المحافظة) مع القدرات الإبداعية، و غابت هذه العلاقة الإيجابية لرأس المال الفكري (الاستقطاب و الاهتمام بالزبائن) في تنمية القدرات الإبداعية، و بناء على ذلك أوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بالموجودات المعرفية و إعطاء جهود التنمية البشرية بعداً استراتيجياً.
This research aims to identify the factors affecting the profitability of insurance
companies operating in Syria, a contribution to assist the management of those companies
to create the appropriate environment to ensure these companies to sustain
and success in
achieving their objectives and achieving the desired economic development.
To achieve the purpose of the study, data was collected from insurance companies
operating in Syria, two companies were excluded from the study, Oqaila Takaful Insurance
Company because of its commitment to the principles of Islamic law, and the General
Syrian Insurance Corporation because of the lack of of its financial data. The study period
spanned from 2009 to 2013. For the purpose of the study data analysis was used a Panel
Data model namely the pooled regression. The data were analyzed based on Eviews7.
Results of the study showed that both the political crisis and investments positively
affect the profitability of the company, while the leverage negatively affect the profitability
of insurance companies, the company's size and liquidity, did not show an effect on the
profitability of insurance companies.
This Paper aims to Studying the factors of Quality measurement in information
systems applied in telecommunications companies. The study is divided into four
main factors; the first factor is time which consists of four sub factors (Timelines,
upd
ating, Frequency, and Availability). Second is Form which includes Five sub
factors (Clarity, Details, Presentation, Order, Media).Third is Content which
includes nine sub factors (Accuracy, Relevance, Completeness, Concinseness, Scope,
Security, Reliability, Economy, Competency).Technical, the final factors, it consists
of two sub factors (Software Quality, Hardware Quality). We have tested this model
in Syriatel Company to prove its validity, and applicability in many other types of
organizations. Time and content factors was the final result for factors of Quality
measurement in information systems applied in the syriatel company.

توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود بعض العلاقات الوثيقة بين الإبداع التكنولوجي و بين العوامل
المنظمية و الفنية و كذلك مع عدد من الخصائص التنظيمية. و قد كان هذا في الجانب التطبيقي
للدراسة في حين أن إطارها النظري تضمن استعراضًا لمفهوم الإبداع التكنولوجي و بعض
ملامحه الرئيسية.
