In this paper, we show the most important results related to horizontal and vertical changes of temperature and counted Bacteria, the concentrations of dyes Chlorophyll a,phaeophytine and relationships between them to depth of 300 m. The study showed a high degree in deep-water temperature reached to about two degrees in recent decades. as well as significant decrease in counted Bacteria (800 - 12750CFU / 100 ml) and dyes Chlorophyll a (under detection threshold - 0.24 mg / l) and phaeophytine (under the detection threshold - 0.064 mg / l), which refers to the weakness in the wild tributaries and low nutrients that reaches to the beaches and marine wealth , which reflect the negative impacts on marine environment.

Vertical sampling process took place to Copepoda during the summer and winter of 2009 and 2010 from Alzzouzo castle which is located in the coastal region of Jableh city. This region has special environmental properties. Sampling was accompanied wi th measuring water temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen in the water. The total number of samples studied in all areas of study is 106 samples. 100 species were identified during the summer, while 89 species were identified during the winter; most species belongs to the order of Calanoida. It was noted by the study that most species appeared in two seasons together, while some species appeared in the season without the other. It was also noted that the abundance of Copepoda was higher in summer with an average of (5314 individual / m 3), while the average in winter was (4353, 40 individual / m 3). It was clear from the study that the station near the beach was less diverse and more prolific than the offshore station during the summer and winter together.
The aim of this paper was to assess the level of air contamination by bacteria in enclosed broiler houses through summer and winter season . The numbers of bacteria (mesophile, staphylococci, streptococci and gram-negatives) were determined in enclosed broiler houses with chicken of different ages (1-6 weeks old) in 14 points (3 inside and 11 outside) .

Due to the importance of climate changes and their strong and increasing influences on different human and ecological systems, It is necessary to study and understand these changes. This research aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the change in temperatures and rainfall trend during 1978-2011 in Latakia, Kasaab and Slenfeh. The study has been done through the analysis of annual, seasonal, and monthly rainfall amount and temperature average, which showed a significant increasing in the average annual temperature in the three regions and significant seasonally increasing except for Winter in Latakia and Slenfeh, Autumn in Latakia. But the annual rainfall changes were nonsignificant, while seasonally rainfall increased significantly in Slenfeh Winter and decreased in Kasaab Winter. After dividing the entire study duration into two equal periods 1978-1995, 1995-2011 and comparing the second period with the first one, we found a significant increasing in the average annual temperature in the three regions, non- significant in the annual and seasonal rainfall changes. The highest significant in seasonal temperature in Latakia, Kasaab and Slenfeh reached +1.5, +2.9, +1.8 during September, August، and May respectively. While the annual drought showed increased trend in Latakia and kasaab and decreased one in Slenfeh.
