في ضوء التطورات الكبيرة التي تشهدها البيئة المصرفية و زيادة المنافسة بين المصارف فإن المحافظة على العملاء الحاليين للمصارف يلقى اهتماماً كبيرًا من قبل المصارف بمعنى أنها تحول دون انتقالهم للتعامل مع المصارف المنافسة ، فضلاً عن استقطاب عملاء جدد .
و قد هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر بعض العوامل كثقة العملاء بالمصرف وجودة الخدمة على ولاء العملاء و ذلك في مصرف بيمو السعودي الفرنسي .
