Cities form the major urban environment that human beings live and do their various activities, but the population pressure and the increasing population density in cities led to the expansion of cities either spontaneously or according to plans released by governments aiming to improve expansion regions to be new growth centers that positively contribute in supporting cities that suffer from overcrowding, deterioration of facilities and the lack of spaces suitable for urban expansion. The process of developing specific classification standards that take into account the privacy of those growth centers, will contribute to put the proper methods to achieve desired objectives of its establishment in terms of quality and quantity at all levels and sectors, in particular the residential suburbs due to its important role, adjacency to cities, urban and social role, and the mutual influence between suburbs and cities.

The comprehensive and urban development has many of aspects in saltanate Omman, these aspects correspond in growing and developing these cities and in increasing is its size because of the natural growing for population and the coming emigration .
The great population development and the growing demand on housing is considered the main reason for Unplanned Housing, that afflict Syrian governorates centers, especially during the period between (1981– 2010), the thing which resulted in the em ergence of numerous problems, due to importance of this subject-matter and its influence on all aspects of life, and the necessity to find proper solutions to these outstanding problems in Syria. The study of this subject included the research problem, its importance, objectives, courses and population growing number in Syria, and Governorates' City Centers and the affecting factors, along with the immigration to these cities, distribution of unplanned housing in them, with their areas and rates of inhabitants, the reason for their formation, their population, architectural, infrastructural, social, economic characteristics, and its problems through an analytical study. Then the outcomes of such phenomenon, with suggested solutions for it, for it is escalating continuously, especially regarding inhabitants' increasing numbers, housing, services & infrastructure, sanitation and environmental pollution. Eventually, it is important to plan and address this phenomenon, even though the solution will be an unsystematic solution for the critical need for houses.
Regional planning is currently one of the pillars of the state and a measure of its development, because planning works to show the current or the future problems, and puts the appropriate solutions. So there is no doubt that the population is the main goal of any planning process by ensuring the various requirements of life for the increasing number of them year after year. Finding adequate housing is therefore one of the first steps in the planning process. The problem of population growth is one of the most prominent problems facing countries at present time. This is evident in city centers, which results in many problems such as informal housing. In this study, we had a spatial study to determine the best location for establishing a new city in order to accommodate the increasing number of population within the Lattakia Governorate (Syrian Arab Republic), and we also achieved a population study in order to determine the future population growth. Geographic information systems (GIS) have proven its efficiency in spatial and descriptive data management and analysis, so they have been relied upon to determine the appropriate places for urban expansion based on a set of criteria collected from a range of research that affect the selection process of these areas, through spatial analysis tools within the GIS software to reach the appropriate areas of expansion to accommodate the expected population growth.
In this paper and we identify an interesting kind of error in the output of Unsupervised Neural Machine Translation (UNMT) systems like Undreamt1. We refer to this error type as Scrambled Translation problem. We observe that UNMT models which use wor d shuffle noise (as in case of Undreamt) can generate correct words and but fail to stitch them together to form phrases. As a result and words of the translated sentence look scrambled and resulting in decreased BLEU. We hypothesise that the reason behind scrambled translation problem is 'shuffling noise' which is introduced in every input sentence as a denoising strategy. To test our hypothesis and we experiment by retraining UNMT models with a simple retraining strategy. We stop the training of the Denoising UNMT model after a pre-decided number of iterations and resume the training for the remaining iterations- which number is also pre-decided- using original sentence as input without adding any noise. Our proposed solution achieves significant performance improvement UNMT models that train conventionally. We demonstrate these performance gains on four language pairs and viz. and English-French and English-German and English-Spanish and Hindi-Punjabi. Our qualitative and quantitative analysis shows that the retraining strategy helps achieve better alignment as observed by attention heatmap and better phrasal translation and leading to statistically significant improvement in BLEU scores.
This research aims to shed light on the reality of population growth and its components and highlighting the characteristics and changes in the educational structure of the population in Syria during the period studied. This study also aims at know ing the position occupied by the population in Syria on the steps of the educational ladder, through the analysis of the percentages for each stage of educational levels. One of the most distinctive results that have been reached, that there is a direct relation yet weak and insignificant statistically between the changes of the population growth rate and those of the educational structure in Syria. Accordingly, those changes of the educational system are related to other changes than the ones of the population growth rate such as the education, government expenditure on education and higher education assimilation policies ,etc.
