تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان العلاقة بين اتجاهات الطلاب و تحصيلهم الدراسي فيما يتعلق باستخدامهم لنظام ادارة المناهج مودل. اعتمد البحث على مزيج من المنهج النوعي و المنهج الكمي من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة. و استخدمت الاستبيانات و المقابلات لجمع البيانات من الطلاب و المحاضرين. تم قياس تحصيل الطلبة من خلال الدرجات التي حصلوا عليها في الجزء النظري و العملي من المقررات المستخدمة في الدراسة كما تم قياس اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام المودل عن طريق استبانة تعتمد على مقياس ليكرت. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الطلاب لديهم موقف إيجابي تجاه المودل و أعربوا عن تقديرهم للمرونة باستخدامه في أي وقت و في أي مكان. أظهر مدرسو المقررات رضاهم عن استخدام المودل كأداة لدعم التعليم التقليدي وجها لوجه و لكن ليس بالضرورة أداة فعالة على تعلم الطلاب. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة علاقة ايجابية بين تحصيل الطلاب و بين استخدامهم للمودل. إن النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من المقابلة و الاستبيان و من البيانات الكلية (تتبع بيانات النظام) يمكن أن تعتبر جديدة و واعدة.
This study aimed to examine students’ attitude and achievement in relation to their use of Moodle. A Mixture qualitative and quantitative methods were applied in order to investigate the aims of the study. Questionnaires and interviews were used for collecting data from the students and the lecturer. Students’ achievement was measured by the grades they obtained in the observed module. Students’ attitudes towards WebCT were measured by using a Likert scale. The data was analysed by using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that the students have positive attitude towards Moodle and they appreciated the flexibility of using it anytime and from anyplace. The module leader valued Moodle as a supporting tool to traditional face-to-face learning but not as an effective tool on students’ learning. The results obtained from the interview and the questionnaire and the quantitative data (tracking system data) can be considered new and promising.

(promoting, job enrichment and training) and organizational commitment, and This study
found no significant differences between the answer of respondents by sex and age,
witch mean there is no differences between male and female responses, and there is no
differences between the answer of the respondents according to age groups.
