Conditional Random Field (CRF) based neural models are among the most performant methods for solving sequence labeling problems. Despite its great success, CRF has the shortcoming of occasionally generating illegal sequences of tags, e.g. sequences c ontaining an I-'' tag immediately after an O'' tag, which is forbidden by the underlying BIO tagging scheme. In this work, we propose Masked Conditional Random Field (MCRF), an easy to implement variant of CRF that impose restrictions on candidate paths during both training and decoding phases. We show that the proposed method thoroughly resolves this issue and brings significant improvement over existing CRF-based models with near zero additional cost.
Seventh sector is located on the right bank of the Euphrates River at the town of Abu- Kamal, the Syrian-Iraq border, and its square 18140 hectares. Invest most heavily sector too, where crops depend on irrigation, irrigation networks mediated cons isting of earthen trenches, canals and to pump water by pumps on the banks of the Euphrates. Research aims to assess the pedelogical properties of agricultural soils by using laboratory and field tests: leaching speed, permeability, density, porosity, water field capacity, natural humidity (hygroscopic– wilt limit), so as to contribute in choosing optimal modalities for irrigation and drainage, and rehabilitation Land affected by salinity and exited the investment. The soils of the sector are clay, clayey sand, fine sand, and it has low permeability, low water field capacity because of sedimentary origin, and the total porosity is low in the upper part of subsurface soil because of its impaction. There is a relationship between hygroscopic moisture of soils and its structural composition. The search recommend to agriculture Fabaceae crops with different roots deep to help improve soil building, and need to use spray irrigation method to control the water quantity and wetting depth.
The evaluation of the capacity of signalized intersections is one of the most important parameter used in the planning, design, operation and management of urban street networks. The calculation of capacity depends on the estimation of the saturati on flow of the signalized intersections. The highway Capacity Manual (HCM 2010) is used to estimate and analyze the saturation flow. This method is widely used in many countries around the world, including Syria. It reflects the local conditions in the United States of America; therefore it may not be suitable for use in our local conditions. This study includes estimation of the field saturation flow depending on the headways between the vehicles in the queues, and comparing the field results of the saturation flow with the values resulting from using the HCM. The study was conducted on three intersections in the Tartous city. The analysis was based on data collection using video. The final results confirmed that there is a clear difference between the field measurement of the saturation flow and computation value, Which confirms that it cannot be used for our local conditions.
The study aimed at investigating the degree of commitment of the trainee students to teaching profession's ethics from the perspectives of the cooperating teachers at Al al-Bayt University: A 32- item questionnaire was built and distributed to (83) female classroom teachers. The study's main question stated as follows: what is the degree of commitment of trainee students' to teaching profession ethics from the cooperative teacher's points of view. The statistical treatments of the data showed a high commitment of trainee students to teaching profession's ethics in all six domains according to cooperative classroom teachers' points of view.
The aim of this research was to measure the technical efficiency of cotton farms with surface irrigation system using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in the field school in Idleb governorate. Preliminary data was collected based on field surveys, and random sampling. 34 farms in the villages of Meless and Segar were chosen for the season 2014.
This research aims to identify the application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and their relation to the performance of their teachers from the point of view of the teachers in Lattakia city, and to identify the effect these variables (kind, the scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) on the application of knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the research, questionnaire has been consisted of (37) statements for the application of knowledge management processes, and a questionnaire consisted of (26) statements for performance of their teachers, were applied on sample (378) Teaching Staff Members during the academic year of (2016 - 2017). The present research used the descriptive analytical approach, Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (9) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen University. The research results showed that the degree of application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and the performance of their teachers were middle rated from the point of view of the teachers, also results showed there is a positive correlation between application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and the performance of their teachers, and is a positive effect to interaction between these variables (kind, the scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) and application of knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The research suggested given more important for knowledge management in the schools, ant puts the clear path to storing the knowledge, and used it in developing the performance work in schooling.
this research gives notice about the concept of theory of functional grammar and the most important developments in it since its inception to the present time, then standing on its roots in the heritage of the Arab, refers to the famously of scient ists whom have called for ridding the Arabic grammar, which suspended its ramifications overwhelmed and hamper his gift, such as Al_jahiz which claimed the calls in one of his letters to the limitation in the instruction as to the boy on the core issues that lead to the safety of obscene melody, and the amount of the ignorance of the common folk in the book that he wrote, and felt that chant, and something that he described. Search moves then to talk about the principles and objectives as functional theory, And it ends with a summary showing its importance, and calls for the need to apply its principles in the field of education.
The various faults that hit the Tanak area were identified by studying the seismic sections in several directions and with specific exclusions, and intensifying those exclusions to increase their accuracy of clarity by using the most appropriate t ypes of seismic attribute maps for the 3D survey (Edge Enhancement map - Artificial Illumination map - Azimuth map - Dip map - Seismic Amplitude map - Polarity map - Frequency map) for accurate check of these faults and cracks in the studied area especially for Al- Rutbah formation. We found helpful and supportive indicators in order to determine its optimal location by applying previous seismic maps on its seismic surface. These maps were compared with each other after being exported to the Petrel program besides the time map of the study area. As a result, the fault boundaries were determined as accurately as possible by using the programs: (Geoframe - Petrel -Word).
In this paper, detail technical and economic feasibility study are implemented to use the improved solvent instead of the used solvent in Syrian field (Sodium hydroxide, NaOH) until this time, to prevent and remove the sulfur deposits in the gas w ells that most suffer from this problem. Has also been confirmed on the technical best method for suggested solvent injection and depend on the field data of the studied wells /Jbissah-223, Jbissah-220/ to carrying out the required economical calculations, and the sensitivity analyzing for changes of economical with changes of dollar exchange rate and gas production rate from studied wells are performed, and then the curves of economic Feasibility study resulting from the comparison process was drawing. And recommending the use of the improved solvent where this solvent is the most economic solvent.
Using the petrophysical data and the last structural model, petrophysical models were built, for ishara east field, one of al tanak fields in Deiar El Zor. According to the acquired results. The vertical and horizontal changes of reservoir propert ies govern the reservoir assessment in view of storage capability, moreover, it helps better understanding of the field characterization, also provides new information to predict these properties in places which haven’t been explored yet, consequently enhance the optimization of the reservoir.
