The present study aimed to identify:
1- the level of prevalence of emotional intelligence in the sample
members
2- the level of positive personality spread among the sample.
3- the relationship between the scores of the sample on the scale of
em
otional intelligence and their grades on the measure of positive
personality.
4- Differences between the average scores of the sample on the
measure of emotional intelligence according to
variables(Specialization, level of study).
5-Differences between the average scores of the sample on the
measure of the positive personality according to variables
(specialization, and level of study).
This research aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among secondary
school's directors in Lattakia, and study the differences between them at this level
depending on variables: sex, academic qualification, and years of experience. Th
is research
adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The research community included all
secondary school's directors in Lattakia, totaling 167directors. due to the small size of the
research community The research sample consisted Statistical original community after an
exclusion (10) directors, Exploratory study was done and therefore Questionnaire was
distributed to (157) school's directors, and (146) complete and valid questionnaire for
statistical analysis Return in response rate 92.99%.
This study aimed to investigating the most common emotional
intelligence skills and the level of the marital adjustment for the sample
of the study, and to investigate the relationship between emotional
intelligence and marital adjustment and the
differences in both emotional
intelligence and marital adjustment according to gender and the way of
marriage. The sample of the study consisted of 232 male and female in
the city of Damascus between the age of 38-52. To collect the data,
both the scale of Emotional Intelligence (BarOn EQ) and the scale of
Marital Adjustment (developed by Mohamad Bayoumy Khaleel) were
used.

This study aims to investigate the nature of the relationship
between the emotional intelligence and cortisol level among under graduated students. to achieve this goal the study applied the emotional intelligence scale and tests of urine cortisol t
o a sample of (50) males and (60) female with average age (19-21). The results of the study indicated that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of cortisol. In ad diction, there were no differences between males and females in the emotional intelligence The study found a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of achievement.
Finally the study found that emotional intelligence is linked to
several components which can be measured and analyzed.
