درس في هذا البحث تأثير تراكيز مختلفة من زيت اللافندر، في نمو فطري Fusarium oxysporum وAcremonium strictum ، وقد أبدت جميع التراكيز المدروسة تأثيراً تثبيطياً واضحاً ضد هذين الفطرين. اختلفت الفعالية التثبيطية باختلاف التراكيز، وقد أبدت التراكيز (0.06 – 0.04 – 0.03 – 0.02- 0.01 ml/g) تثبيطاً بنسبة 100% ضد فطر A. strictum ، وبلغت نسبة التثبيط 64.51% عند التركيز 0.002غ/مل و58.04% و35.48% و12.90% عند التراكيز (0.004 0.002- 0.001 غ/مل)، وذلك في اليوم السابع من الحضن. كما وأبدت التراكيز (0.06 – 0.04 – 0.03 – 0.02- 0.01- 0.006 – 0.004 – 0.002 ml/g) تثبيطاً كاملاً ضد فطر F. oxysporum ، وعند التركيز 0.001 غ/مل كانت النسبة المئوية للتثبيط 38.82% ، وذلك في اليوم السابع من الحضن. بلغت قيمة التركيز القاتل ( MBC) لزيت اللافندر ضد فطر A. strictum 0.01 غ/مل، والتركيز المثبط (MIC) 0.02غ/مل، أما عند الفطر F. oxysporum فقد كانت قيمة التركيز المثبط (MIC) والقاتل MBC)) 0.002 غ/مل.
In this research, the effect of different concentrations of Lavender oil on the growth of was studied Fusarium oxysporum،Acremonium strictum and all studied concentrations showed a clear inhibitory effect against this fungus.The inhibitory activity varied according to the different concentrations The concentrations (0.06-0.04-0.03-0.02-0.01 ml/g) ) showed 100% inhibition against A. strictum and the inhibition percentage was 64.51% at 0.002ml/g and 58.04% ،35.48% 12.9at a concentration of (0.004،0.002،0.001 ml/g) on the seventh day of incubation. The concentrations (0.06-0.04-0.03-0.02-0.01-0.006-0.004-0.002 ml/g) showed 100% inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum and the inhibition percentage was38.82% at 0.001ml/g on the seventh day of incubation. The inhibitory activity varied according to the different concentrations (0.06-0.04-0.03-0.02-0.01-0.006-0.002-0.001 ml/g) ) showed 100% inhibition against A. strictum and the inhibition The lethal concentration (MBC) value of Lavender oil against A. strictum was 0.01 ml/g And the inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0.02 ml/g while the inhibitory concentration (MIC)and the lethal concentration (MBC) against F.oxysporum were 0.002 ml/g

The antagonistic activity of liquid culture filtrate of Trichodermaharzianum at
different concentrations (5, 10, 20 and 30%) was evaluated "in vitro" at 25 C° against
following plant and human pathogenic fungi: Aspergi
llusniger, Rhizopusstolonifer,
Fusariumoxysporum, F.moniliforme, Alternariaalternata and Candida albicans.
The results showed high level activity of culture filtrate inhibiting the growth of
tested fungi.
The activity was varied with the different species of fungi and the different
concentrations of culture filtrate. The highest activity was against fungus A.niger which
showed precent inhibition equal 96.3% at 30% concentration. Whereas the lowest
inhibition percentage to 77.6% was recorded for fungus A.alternata in comparison with
other fungi.
The culture filterate was not affected the radial colonies growth of R.stolonifer at 5%
and 10% concentrations, however the colonies was fragile and weak, and clearly inhibited
the spores formation.
The culture filtrate was showed high antagonistic capability against the human
pathogenic fungus C.albicans, and the radial inhibition growth was 1.38 cm at 30%
concentration.
In this research was studied the effect of different concentrations of (ethanolic –
methanolic – acetonic) extracts of Apium nodiflorum on growth of fusarium moniliforme
all extracts revealed clear inhibitory effect against this Fungi.
The inhibit
ory effect differenced as difference of parts of plant and the difference of
using concentrations from extract and a kind of solvent.
The MIC of different extracts ranged between 0.02 and 0.1 g/ml , The Acetonic
extract of stem was the more activity comparing with the other parts of plant inhibition was
completed at (0.02 g/ml) concentration.
For methanolic extract, the extract of whole plant and flowers was more activity and
the MIC was 0.08 g/ml for etanolic extract of flowers recorded the highest percentage of
inhibition incomparing with. The other parts of plant and it reached 0.06 g/ml.
