يعد الفطر Fusarium oxysporum fragariae الذي يصيب نبات الفريز في الزراعة المحمية في الساحل السوري من المشاكل الرئيسة، حيث أظهرت الدراسة إن نسبة الإصابة به تتراوح بين 12.1-17.95%.
و قد تم عزل الفطر من جذور و تيجان و تربة النباتات المصابة، و لم ينجح عزله من مداداتها و أوراقها.
Fuarium oxysporum fragariae, which effects the strawberry plants
