The education of wasting energy by Windge in helical gears has achieved in high speed by testing a group of gears that made of beech in determined geometrical specifications. So a testing device is designed and developed to measure the Windge wasti ng energy in gears. This device is consists of electrical driver (3kw) that turning a pivot that leaned on two rolling carrier across a friction wheel. This indented friction wheel is ride in the end of pivot, while the other free end is supplied with electromagnetic sensor to measure the turning speed as a function of time across a control board. The Windge wasting energy is determined by minus the wasting energy that resulting from turning the pivot alone, from that resulting from turning the whole system (pivot-gear). After doing the tests and experiments, the patterns of the losing (theoretical losses, practical losses) is draw. Then a comparative between the theoretical losses and that has gotten from testing device.
This research work aims at whether or not structure of board director has an immediate effect on voluntary disclosure concerning financial or non-financial data, and defining the degree of this effect. To achieve this aim, the researchers developed an index against which voluntary disclosure may be measured, in the field of study represented by eleven private Syrian banks. The researchers applied their study to the community of banks, including all banks. The study covered the last six years for each bank, starting from 2009-2014. The index consists of 32 items, divided into two subsidiary groups (Financial and non-financial data). The study adopted a strategy of testing the study hypotheses, using analysis regression method. The variant of audit committee has been adopted because the sample under study did not indicate any differences. Studying the relationship between structure of board director variables and voluntary disclosure including the index as a whole, it was found that there is a positive relationship indicating statistical remarks, between profitability variable and voluntary disclosure as a whole. The rest of structure of board director variables denoted a kind of positive partial correlation, having no statistical indications. The stability analysis of coastal structure is very important because it involves many design parameter s to be considered for the save and economical design of structure. In the present study neural network technique is adopted to predict the stab ility number of rubble mound breakwater. One model is constructed based on the parameters which influence on the stability of rubble mound breakwater, the back propagation algorithm is used in training network . Agood correlation is obtained between network predicted stabilityand estimated ones. Correlation coefficient=0.88.

We propose a simple method to generate multilingual question and answer pairs on a large scale through the use of a single generative model. These synthetic samples can be used to improve the zero-shot performance of multilingual QA models on target languages. Our proposed multi-task training of the generative model only requires labeled training samples in English, thus removing the need for such samples in the target languages, making it applicable to far more languages than those with labeled data. Human evaluations indicate the majority of such samples are grammatically correct and sensible. Experimental results show our proposed approach can achieve large gains on the XQuAD dataset, reducing the gap between zero-shot and supervised performance of smaller QA models on various languages.
