The study deals with the role of Saud bin Abdul Aziz in the relations between Saudi Arabia since its establishment by the late King Abdul Aziz Al Saud in 1932 and the Yemeni Mutawakkil Kingdom until the end of 1962. The study covers part of the reign of King Abdul Aziz Al Saud from 1932 to 1953, where Prince Saud bin Abdul Aziz was crown prince from 1933-1953 and part of the reign of King Saud bin Abdul Aziz 1953-1962. As for the Mutawakkala Kingdom of Yemen, the study includes part of the reign of Imam Yahya Hamid al-Din (1932-1948), the period of Imam Ahmad ibn Yahya Hamid al-Din (1948-1962), and the period of his son Imam Muhammad al-Bader (1962). The importance of studying the relations between these two countries is due to the fact that they are the two largest Arab states in the Arabian Peninsula, and their status in the Arab, Islamic and international world, in addition to the fact that Saudi Arabia and Mutawakil are the two countries with full independence in the Arab world. Other Arab countries were either linked to treaties with colonialism or directly colonized, in addition to the fact that the Arabian Peninsula was the cradle of Arabism and the source of Islam.

The research deals with city image in the divan of the poet Abdul-Aziz Al-mukaleh. It searches for the objective dimensions of the image and shows its importance and variety devoting itself for the image in a way related to general native, national and human issues. It also deals with the aesthetic dimensions of the city image, and investigates its language, music and how it can get benefit of the heritage in a multi-dimensional way. The research has tried to define the features of the city image at Al-mukaleh, which are related tightly to Yemen and its history, and that has made the city image – at Al-mukaleh – more distinguished than that of other Arab poets, like Al-Bayani, Abdul-Sabour, Hijazi and others. The researcher has also referred to the poet’s success in conveying his message to the reader, and what helped him to do that was a clear linguistic form, which we can say about it: “ easy but rather impossible “. And an honesty of an intellectual attitude which is equal to the saying: “what comes from the heart pours in it “.
This paper used crop combination analysis to classify and map the distribution of over ١٥٠٠ small farms which make up the middle part of the King Abdullah Canal Project, Jordan. The analysis showed that most of the farms are of a single enterprise type with vegetable growers predominant in winter and permanent trees in summer. Enterprises based on fruit trees were found to be common in the northern parts while cereal farms were common in the south. A minority of farms were of dual enterprises, mainly mixing vegetable production with tree crops. The reasons for these spatial variations in enterprises were discussed. With limitations imposed on cropping by the summer drought, and irrigation supplies are being less reliable, most cropping was confined to the winter season. About ٤٠ percent of the farms was entirely idle in the summer and most of the others only operate at a low level of intensity.

This paper seeks to show the development to Henry V's image from a legendary figure into a tragic hero. It first explores his legendary image in the anonymous chronicle play entitled The Famous Victories of Henry the Fifth, where he appears as a f olk hero with his patriotic vaunting. Then this study moves to examine the image of Henry V in Shakespeare's Henry IV and Henry V, and proceeds to assert that the playwright presents this hero as an individual who has his personal ambitions for loyalty. But, despite his heroic feats, we note that Shakespeare ironises him because the letter conceals some qualms about his father's usurpation and complicity in Richard II's murder.
