شهدت العلاقات الدولية تغيرات كبرى بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي، و بروز الولايات
المتحدة الأمريكية كقطب أوحد متحكّم بمصير العلاقات الدولية، و كان تأثير هذه التغيرات
كبيرا على روسيا الاتحادية وريثة الاتحاد السوفيتي، إذ عانت ضغوطات دولية مستمرة
لتطويقها و عزلها و التحكّم بمصيرها، لكنها لم تقف مكتوفة الأيدي أما هذه الضغوطات،
و استطاعت بفضل مجموعة من المتغيرات و الإجراءات السياسية و الاقتصادية النهوض
مجدداً و استعادة دورها كدولة لها وزنها في العالم.
International relations have witnessed great changes after the
collapse of the Soviet Union, and the emergence of the United
