In this paper the Einstein's transition coefficients are introduced, Their ratios are found by setting the transitions from one state of an atom to be in balance with the reverse transitions between the same two states in thermal equilibrium.

This study aims at studying the problem of unemployment in Syrian during the period 1991-2010. The starting point was showing the size of this problem by tracing the changes in unemployment rate and its age and educational structure. Then, some variables expected to affect unemployment rate were listed.
The measurements carried out in many medical centers in the middle region) Homs and Hama ( to estimate medical radiation dose which patient received it resulting from some radiation radiographic devices.
This study tries to know the rate of the deficiency of vitamin D experienced by Lattakian women as well as its accompanying diseases. It is conducted at a specific clinic in Lattakia in the period (2012-2013). The study included a sample of 127 w omen randomly chosen. It depended on laboratory results of the levels of vitamin D: normal rate, moderate deficiency, acute deficiency. It also depended on age group: Group1(20-50 years old): Group 2: (more than50 years old). The study concludes that the rate levels are as follows: very high (84.26%), normal (15.74%), moderate deficiency (55.15)%, and acute deficiency (44.85%). Symptoms based on age were as follows: Group 1: clinical symptoms were more visible than diseases. The clinical symptoms were: 1-the muscular vatic (93.70%); 2 anxiety and depression (77.05%). Diseases were: 1-thyroied failure (12.5%), 2-hypertesion(6.25%). Group 2: Diseases were more visible: The clinical symptoms were :1-anxiety (85.18%), 2-the muscular vatic (74.07%). Diseases were :1-cardiovasculardiseases (44.44%), 2-hypertension(37,03%).
This research handles the economic effects of taxes and fees presented as a statistical and analytical study during the period 1990-2009 in Syria. It was based on the annual statistical data issued by the Central Bureau of Statistics. Using the sta tistic programme (SPSS) we have made econometric models to estimate the parameters of models of the impact of the tax on all public investment, private investment, gross capital formation, consumption, and these models can be used in the prediction of these variables, We have reached many important results, among which, the clear centrifugal relationship between taxes and total fixed capital formation in both public and private sectors. In fact, the tax itself had not been an effective tool in increasing the rate of growth of both public and private investment. It also shows us that the Syrian tax system depends on indirect taxes (consumption tax) that reduce the consumption of individuals contributing to the decline in the volume of employment and national income, In addition to the significant decline in distributing the national income fairly due to high indirect taxes which consequently affected the low-income category, Show us through the curve of Lawrence.
This study aims to identify self-concept in a sample of amputation cases by the war on Syria in Lattakia province in relation to some variables such as social status and the place of amputation. To achieve this purpose, the self-concept test was pr epared by the researcher, which consisted of (10) cases who suffer from amputation, and was applied on the sample. The results of this study showed that there were no statical significant differences in self-concept of a sample of amputation cases after war due to the variable of social status and the variable of the place of amputation.
