The architectural character of the schools in the Islamic Ages influenced by many factors including: first cultural factors: civilizations pre-Islamic Sassanian in Iraq, Byzantine and Hellenistic in Syria. Secondly environmental factors: we mean here the climate and building materials that have affected the formations prevailing, for example covered patios prevailed in cold regions, while the open patios used in temperate and desert regions. While the availability of local building materials serve to in the adoption of a particular style building: at a time we find the prevalence of clay or earth architecture in Iraq, Stone Architecture diffused in both Egypt and Syria. Thirdly, the political factors that also play a role in shaping the schools character, where the rules effected on the architecture. So Egypt in Tulunid was affected by Iraqi architecture due to Ahmad Ibn Tulun who was the ruler from Iraqi origin. However, there were other factors which contributed to create the difference between schools building at the same time; The architecture in Egypt differ from its contemporary in Syria even it was different in the same place among cities, the architecture in Aleppo didn't like the ones in Damascus. So we wonder about the importance of the local effects on designing early schools during the Islamic era. In this paper, we will recite the evolution of Islamic school throughout history, then we'll focus on the local effects of the place such as the climate and regional building material, as well as the effective factors on the architecture characters generally, finally, we will study the character of school building in Islamic eras in order to find the most powerful factors that are affected on building schools throughout various Islamic eras.
Before the appearance of the Islamic state,the Arabs didn,t know the organization or the right concept of administration.Also,the new religion which was known by prophet Mohammad(peace by upon him)was the first step for the administrative system i n the Arabic country.But this system was simple,rudimentary and proportional to the new born Arabic country.After that,the righteous caliphs time has evolved according to the requirements of public interest of the country until it reach to the top of its development,and flourish in theUmayyad period.However,after the transmission of the authority to theUmayyads after they confound the other cultured people and be affected by their politic and administration systems ,they developed this system .So ,after they created and invented ,they put bases for the administrative organization which became equal to administration systems which was known to theRoman and Persians.
This study aims to clarify the concept of profitability and liquidity at the Islamic Banks, and discuss how the liquidity affects the Islamic banks profitability. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher, after presenting the theoreti cal framework for the study, conducts a case study of the Islamic banks working in Syria (Albaraka- Syria Bank, Cham Bank, Syria International Islamic Bank), and conducts an appropriate statistical test to show the relationship between the liquidity and profitability (measured by ROA) of those Islamic banks. The researcher depends on the financial statements in the reports published by Islamic banks, using the statistical program SPSS 18 to get the results of this test. This study concluded that: there is no a significant relationship between Islamic banks liquidity and profitability, although they have high liquidity ratios, and low return on assets in general.
This research aims to study the problem of liquidity excess، so it considers from the important problem that is facing the Islamic banks especially in this obstacles: 1- Modernity time of Islamic banks. 2- littleness of financial tools that used to manage the liquidity in Islamic banks. 3- Nonexistence Law are fitting with targets and field of activity of Islamic banks. And It is done that through knowing the liquidity in these banks and the tools used to manage the liquidity، inside to the best Islamic financial tools that Islamic banks are able to use in manage the liquidity.
