The search has been performed on 326 blood sample from cows with different ages and various multi-productive purposes from a number of farms or study points, recording study data for the cows and herds from blood samples to study prevalence antibodies for brucella abortus. Rose Bengal test has shown general widespread results of 11,96% from total of blood samples. The study has shown differences in the percentage of sera-prevalence of antibodies in animals or farms or different study points, which have been studied at a percentage ranged between 0.00% and 22% .

The search has been performed on blood samples from cows with different ages and various multi-productive purposes from a number of farms to detect sera-prevalence percentage of brucella abortus infection in cows using Competitive Enzyme Linked I mmune Sorbent Assay. The test results have shown general serum spread by the percentage 5882%. The rate of antibodies of serum spread in the cows in different farms under study have been between 0.00% and 16.66%.
The design of milking spaces, which are called Mahlab, is considered as the main factor for many experts in agricultural engineering and animal production. The main aim is to determine the optimum parlour milking with highest production and little stress, whereas the parlour milking is considered as the most important design factor in the barn because it is Influences getting the milk in cattle productivity farms. According to the importance of milk production, which effects on the local production and economy, this paper treats with the most effective factors in the design of parlour milking in cattle farms, in order to be suitable for dairy cattle production by considering its numbers, its movement and its suitable space. So, this reflects its impacts on the level of production, in addition it shows the most important type of parlour milking in the world that reflects the advantages and disadvantages that determine the type and size of required parlour milking and its location and relationship with the cattle barn.
Several studies and reports have indicated the prevalence of hepatitis D virus infection in many parts of the world at different rates , Ranging from areas of epidemiological and areas with a low prevalence of it. Till now there is no study in Syr ia shows us the prevalence of viruse Delta in chronic hepatitis B patients . The aim of our study was to determine the current prevalence of hepatitis D in chronic hepatitis B patients . And to take appropriate measures in dealing with these patients due to the increased risk of liver disease in the event of injury by it . 77 patients with chronic hepatitis B certainly proved with PCR analysis 25 women and 52 men visiting the center of hepatitis in Latakia were tested for antibody to hepatitis D virus (anti-HDV) by ELISA test . The results indicate a positive antibody in three patients (women and 2 men) and the prevalence was 3.8% , which point to a moderate prevalence of hepatitis D comparing with neighboring countries.
The aim of this study was to investigate the specific antibodies and to determine the seroprevalence of Chlamydophila abortus on abortive cows in north area in Syria. Blood samples were collected and analyzed from 41 cows, aborted at least once, taken from 316 cows suspected from eight herds in north region of Syria.
The prevalence of herpes simplex virus type 1 and 2 was determined in the following groups: pregnants, neonates, herpes labial group, kidney transplantation group, patients with herpetic eye infection, cardiac catheterization group, cervical carci noma group ,patients with suspected herpes genitalis infection , and AIDS patients. EIA method was used to detect antibodies to HSV-1 and HSV-2 in sera of studied persons. The results differ from group to another. The prevalence of HSV-2 antibodies was o% in most groups, except for AIDS group ,cervical carcinoma groupand patients with suspected herpes genitalis group ,in which the prevalence was 4% , 7.84% , 10% respectively.
