The search has been performed on blood samples from cows with different ages and various multi-productive purposes from a number of farms to detect sera-prevalence percentage of brucella abortus infection in cows using Competitive Enzyme Linked I mmune Sorbent Assay. The test results have shown general serum spread by the percentage 5882%. The rate of antibodies of serum spread in the cows in different farms under study have been between 0.00% and 16.66%.
The search has been performed on 326 blood sample from cows with different ages and various multi-productive purposes from a number of farms or study points, recording study data for the cows and herds from blood samples to study prevalence antibo dies for brucella abortus. Rose Bengal test has shown general widespread results of 11,96% from total of blood samples. The study has shown differences in the percentage of sera-prevalence of antibodies in animals or farms or different study points, which have been studied at a percentage ranged between 0.00% and 22% .
