يعد تصميم فراغات إنتاج الحليب التي تدعى المحالب، الموضوع الذي يشغل عدداً كبيراً من الخبراء في مجال الهندسة الزراعية و مجال الإنتاج الحيواني، و ذلك للوصول إلى المحلب الأمثل ذي المساحة المناسبة و الإنتاج الأعلى و الإجهاد الأقل إِذ يعد المحلب جزءاً أساسياً في مزارع أبقار الحليب، و لا يقل بأهميته عن أهمية تصميم الحظيرة لأنَّه العامل الأساسي في الحصول على الحليب و خاصة في المزارع الإنتاجية الضخمة.
و نظراً إلى أهمية إنتاج الحليب و لما له من تأثير كبير في الإنتاج و الاقتصاد المحلي تناول البحث دراسة أهم العوامل المؤثرة في تصميم المحالب المستخدمة في مزارع الأبقار لتناسب إنتاج أبقار الحليب من حيث عددها و حركتها و الفراغ المناسب لها و ما
لها من تأثير كبير في مستوى الإنتاج، و تسليط الضوء على أهم أنواع المحالب المستخدمة في العالم، و استعراض ميزاته و عيوبها، و أثرها في الإنتاج، و أهم العوامل التي تحدد نوع المحلب المطلوب و حجمه و موقعه و علاقته بحظيرة الأبقار.
The design of milking spaces, which are called Mahlab, is considered as the main factor for many
experts in agricultural engineering and animal production. The main aim is to determine the optimum
parlour milking with highest production and little stress, whereas the parlour milking is considered as the
most important design factor in the barn because it is Influences getting the milk in cattle productivity
farms.
According to the importance of milk production, which effects on the local production and economy, this
paper treats with the most effective factors in the design of parlour milking in cattle farms, in order to be
suitable for dairy cattle production by considering its numbers, its movement and its suitable space. So,
this reflects its impacts on the level of production, in addition it shows the most important type of parlour
milking in the world that reflects the advantages and disadvantages that determine the type and size of
required parlour milking and its location and relationship with the cattle barn.
