يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر أبعاد إدارة مخاطر المشروعات في شركات المقاولات العاملة في الساحل السوري على جودة اتخاذ القرارات و تحديد البعد الأكثر تأثيراً و أهمية في تفسير هذه الجودة. قام الباحث بإتباع المنهج المسحي في دراسته، و قد شمل مجتمع الدراسة كافة شركات المقاولات العاملة في الساحل السوري، و بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة 75 وحدة معاينة. استخدم الباحث مقياساً لمستوى نضج إدارة مخاطر المشروعات مصمماً من قبل (Ciorciari & Blattner, 2007)، و مقياساً آخر لجودة اتخاذ القرارات مصمماً من قبل (Donelan, 2013). تبين من خلال الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إيجابية و هامة بين تحديد الأحداث و المخاطر المستقبلية و جودة اتخاذ القرارات، و يحتل هذا المؤشر المرتبة الأولى بين أبعاد إدارة مخاطر المشروعات من حيث التأثير على جودة اتخاذ القرارات حيث يفسر ما نسبته (9.61%) من هذه الجودة، كما أن العلاقة بين المتغير التابع (جودة اتخاذ القرارات) و أبعاد إدارة مخاطر المشروعات السبعة الباقية و المتمثلة ب (الرقابة على إدارة المخاطر - الرد على المخاطر - تحديد الأهداف - تقييم المخاطر - التحكم بالنشاطات - ثقافة إدارة المخاطر - المعلومات و التواصل) هي علاقة إيجابية و هامة، و إدارة المخاطر ككل تفسر ما نسبته (22.6%) من جودة اتخاذ القرارات. استناداً إلى نتائج البحث نوصي بضرورة أن تقوم شركات المقاولات العاملة في الساحل السوري بنشر ثقافة إدارة المخاطر في كافة المستويات الإدارية لديها بالشكل الذي يعزز من تطبيق عمليات إدارة مخاطر المشروعات بشكل صحيح، لأن ذلك سينعكس على اتخاذ قرارات أكثر جودة فكلما كان هناك إدارة مخاطر فعالة قلت حالات عدم التأكد و المخاطرة بشأن المستقبل و ارتفعت جودة اتخاذ القرارات.
Project risk management plays a pivotal role in the decision-making process, this research aims mainly to study the impact of the dimensions of project risk management in contraction firms operating in the Syrian coast on the quality of decision-making and to identify the most influential dimension in the interpretation of this quality. The researcher had followed the survey method in his study, and the study population was included all construction companies operating in the Syrian coast. The researcher adopted probability sampling (random sampling), and the study sample size was 75 units. The researcher used a measure of the maturity level of project risk management that developer by (Ciorciari & Blattner, 2007), and another instrument to measure the quality of decision-making designed by (Donelan, 2013). The findings of this study shows that There is significant positive relationship between events identification and the quality of decision-making and events identification variable occupies first place among project risk management dimensions in terms of impact on decision making quality, because this dimension explains a rate equal (9.61%) of decision making quality. The relationship between the dependent variable quality of decision-making and the seven remaining dimensions of risk management projects namely (monitoring of risk management - risks response - objective setting - risk assessment - control activities - risk management culture - information and communication) is a positive and significant relationship, and risk management as a whole explain what percentage of (22.6%) of the quality of decision-making. The most important recommendations reached by the researcher that the contraction firms working in the Syrian coast should to spread the risk management culture at all levels of management to enhances the application processes PRM because it will reflect on a more quality of decisions making.

Information quality plays a pivotal role in the decision-making
process, this research aims mainly to study the impact of the
dimensions of information quality in construction firms operating in
Syria on the quality of decision-making and to ident
ify the most
influential dimension in the interpretation of this quality.
The researcher had followed the descriptive approach- survey
in the study based on the problem of the study and objectives that he
seeks to achieve, and included a study population of all construction
firms working in Syria.
The risk identification is the first stage of risk management process, and all the subsequent
stages (such as risk analysis, assess, response policies and control) are based on it. The more you
identify risks truly and accurately will therefore inc
rease the accuracy and validity of all subsequent
stages in risk management process. On the basis of the importance of this phase this research came
to explore and identify the main risks facing the construction companies operating in Syria.
We follow the descriptive study in his research based on the problem of the study and the
objectives it seeks to achieve. The study population included all construction companies operating
in Syria. The researcher used a questionnaire specifically designed to identify risks in construction
companies by (Zou, et al., 2006) and the student conditioned its questions with the Syrian
environment.
The findings of this study show that inflationary risks ( materials cost- hand labor wages -
transportation costs) are one of the fundamental risks facing construction companies operating in
Syria, in addition to the absence of risk management culture is a major threat because it keeps a
bulk of the unknown risk and thus its effects and consequences are unknown, it noted the absence
of insurance culture at various stages of the work, making things very critical when risks and work
accidents occurs.
The most important recommendations reached by the student is:
1-The construction companies operating in Syria must organize construction contracts in a
way that include in its provisions the possibility of higher prices and the possibility of modifying
the value of the contract.
2- Risk management is an important process at all administrative levels. It can help in
determining the potential risks that may be faced and handling them.
This research aims to evaluate the relationship between using the
quantitive methods in decisions making and improving the performance
in the industrial engineering companies in the Syrian coast , The
importance of these methods and they are large
role that its playing in
making scientific and logical decisions to solving problems, which faces
decision makers in these companies. These methods provide a set of
alternatives that help decision makers to choose the best alternative
among these available alternatives to solve the problem that face them,
this reflects positively on the performance of these companies, and their
role on industry.
This research focuses on an important sector of the national economy sectors, which
is the industrial sector and, especially engineering industry. This research aims to explain
the importance of using research operations methods in the process of d
ecision- making,
especially in choosing optimal product mix in engineering companies in the Syrian coast.
These methods play an essential role in making scientific and logical decisions to solve
problems which face decision-makers in these companies. They provide a set of
alternatives that help decision-makers on choosing the best alternative among available
alternatives set to solve the problem that face them. This positively influences the work of
these companies, which, in turn, positively influences their role in industry and national
economy.
The researcher found to following results:
- Using research operations methods requires a definition of these methods, availability
of proper financial support, suitable work nature, availability of required data and
availability of computers.
- Using research operations methods helps to improve the decision-making process in
choosing optimal product mix through decreasing production costs, optimal using of
available resources, optimal investment of production power.
This study aimed to identify the impact of the transformational
leadership(Charismatic influence, individualized consideration) on
the organizational change Management at public Hospitals in the
Syrian Coast.
Research primary information were col
lected through a
questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of research
community, the data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program.
After the study and analysis the research reached to some of the
important results:
1- There is a correlation relationship between the dimensions of
the transformational leadership and the organizational change
Management.
2- There is a significant impact of the Charismatic influence and
individualized consideration on the organizational change
Management.
