This piece of research attempts to trace the textual study through examining the excellencies of Ash-shanfara’s text, next to its artistic secrecies that have been neglected by those researches who were busy with stories, tales, language and (ideology). However, the literary heritage has received a considerable amount folkloric tales and superstitions. In the past, linguists had been attracted to the al-Lamiyiah semantically and syntactically. A few contemporary studies had mentioned few selections, the thing that triggered the sence of poetical in their veins, which found it enough to portray a constellation of its intellectual proposals. Thus al-Lamiyiah survived, being an artistic masterpiece a virgin soil. Henceforward comes this research to scrtunize the strata of secrets of artistic aesthetics, starting from the dynamic polarity structure that systematize the concluded presenceabsence relationships, and ending with crystallizing the poetical personality (not the historical) in the poetical heritage. It unleashes the varieties of the ‘ego’ within its unique tissue ascertaining the poetry is creativity, and not merely virgin before natural scenaries, or successive episodes through time, nether is it a description per se. Rather, it is an intuitive creation that manipulates nature, among many other things, for the sake of its artistic intentions.

We can not understand the nature of philosophical Presence in the modern Arab thought in isolation from the historical conditions that framed it, that was represented in the imperialistic phenomenon with it's historical and intellectual needs, bes ides the constancy of failed economic and social conditions Arab conditions, and the domination of the theological vision as a directed and specific vision for thoughtful dealing with nature and history.
The western philosophy could generally be best described as, Derrida called it, the Metaphysics of Presence. It is intellectual movement that started with the Greek philosophers and reached its peak with Heigel through the concept of metaphysics. T he research question here is how such an intellectual movement has specifically promoted through a specific subject matter, which is the transference from the moment of metaphysics into that of presence, in other words, the alteration of the metaphysical concept of existence, as it is per se, into concept of absolute presence. Accordingly, in this piece of research, we shall endeavor to highlight how the concept of metaphysics, with Husserl, uncovers itself through three key points, as follows: 1. Intuition is epistemological basis to authentic positivism. 2. The transcendental domain is that of existence. 3. The existence that presents itself via intuition is an epistemological moment. This means, existence itself is simultaneously both the absolute presence and the metaphysical moment. Thus, we shall prove that Husserl possesses a presuppositions which is the metaphysics of presence.
