Transferring of electronic transport records is characterized by activating its functional equivalent provided by UNCITRAL model law on electronic commerce, but some issues may appear related to the burden of proof primarly and finding supplementary rules to govern legal institutions developed by the various rules which organize the electronic transferring steps which was adopted by the Syrian Maritime trade law , which expanded the explanatory authority of the trial courts and courts of law hearing the cases to develop the optimum theories of proof by adapting classical institutions of proof provided by law of evidence to face electronic proof needs and its functional equivalents used with modern electronic commerce experience . This study aims to high light the effort of the Jordan legislator in order to developed the Administrative Judiciary Law and defeat all the challenges for the advancement of law, especially after the constitutional amendment in Jordan during 2011 . The Law appreciates the principle of administrative trail in two degrees as issued under Administrative Judicial Law No 27 in 2014. Nevertheless, these initiatives apprehend important steps to build institutional State that respects human rights and promotes democratic values in society. This study analyses critically the new Jordanian Administrative Judicial Law and compares with Egyptian Administrative Judicial Law, in order to pay attention on weakness and strengths of the Jordanian legislation. The critical analysis can help to make the Administrative Judicial Law as unique by following the experience of the Egypt.
The sexual exploitation is one of the most important and dangerous human trafficking crimes and the most prevalent worldwide; due to several reasons comes in the forefront of the development of means of communication and transportation, which facilit ated the commission of these crimes and contributed to the emergence of methods and new mechanisms have; The crime of sexual exploitation in Syria characterized by the provisions and the characteristics that distinguish it from other sexual offenses provided for in the Syrian legislation and it is more trafficking in human Beings crimes prevalent in Syria despite the legal prohibition, which is increasing day after day, leaving a large number of victims, mostly women and children, in spite of the importance of the efforts being made in order to combat it. It is noted that the Syrian legislature has came out from the general rules in the crime of sexual exploitation and singled her special provisions commensurate with the dangerous, in order to control the optimal shape, and the protection of victims and provide them with the necessary care And was interested in this research shed light on the concept of sexual exploitation in the Syrian law, and the statement of its properties, and to distinguish it from similar concepts to him; accordance with the legislation in force in Syria, particularly trafficking in persons law Syrian / 3/2010.
This paper seeks to compare how the administrative disputes are seen before the Supreme Constitutional Court in relating to allegation of a Non-constitutional law or regulation relates to adjudicate in the case seeing before the Administrative Cour t or the Supreme Administrative Court in Jordan and Egypt. Therefore, this study aims to highlight how the administrative disputes are seen before the Supreme Constitutional Court in relating to allegation of a Non-constitutional law or regulation relates to adjudicate in the case seeing before the Administrative Court or the Supreme Administrative Court. It is true that prior to the enacting of the Administrative Justice Act No. 27 of 2014 , the Jordanian legislator used to deal with the High Court of Justice as one of the special judicial authorities, which may raise the case of allegation of unconstitutionality directly, similar to the Court of Cassation. Unlike the substantive Court which sees the case, the Jordan legislator obliged it to raise the allegation of unconstitutionality to the Court of Cassation. The Court of Cassation will decide whether to raise the appeal of unconstitutionality or not. As for the Egyptian context, Egypt depends on the law of the State Council No. 48 of 1979. This law 1979 entrusted to Court of Administrative Justice Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court to raise alleged unconstitutionality law directly to the Supreme Constitutional Court.

This research is trying to highlight of the crime of trafficking in human organs, And search essence, characteristics ,methods of committed it, and criminal policy adopted by the Syrian legislation to address them, All of this according to the criminal laws of the Syrian relevant, especially including anti-trafficking in persons law Syrian promulgated by Legislative Decree No. / 3 / for the year 2010, as the main legislation governing the crime of trafficking in human organs, as a form of trafficking in human beings, in Syria.
