رغم مرور أعوام على صدور قانون محكمة الأسرة و تعرض التشريع المصري إلى الكثير من التعديلات في مجال تسوية المنازعات الأسرية فإن المعوقات و مشاكل العمل و أوجه الاختلاف و التناقض التي ظهرت عند تطبيقه أدت إلى صعوبة الإحاطة بأحكامه. يركز هذا البحث على إبراز سلبيات التشريع، من خلال تتالي التشريعات الخاصة بمسائل الأحوال الشخصية و كثرتها و قصور الدراسات اللازمة لإعدادها و غموض بعض مصطلحاتها و عدم قدرة العقل البشري على الالمام بها، إلى غياب الإمكانات اللازمة لتنفيذ موادها و عدم تحقيق هدفها المنشود، تمت معالجة البحث من خلال الموازنة بين سلبيات و إيجابيات قانون محكمة الأسرة، و إيجاد حلول لهذه المشاكل.

The choice of negative examples is important in noise contrastive estimation. Recent works find that hard negatives---highest-scoring incorrect examples under the model---are effective in practice, but they are used without a formal justification. We
develop analytical tools to understand the role of hard negatives. Specifically, we view the contrastive loss as a biased estimator of the gradient of the cross-entropy loss, and show both theoretically and empirically that setting the negative distribution to be the model distribution results in bias reduction. We also derive a general form of the score function that unifies various architectures used in text retrieval. By combining hard negatives with appropriate score functions, we obtain strong results on the challenging task of zero-shot entity linking.

The move to the principle of separation of powers in its relative meaning has a clear
impact in achieving the confusion between the legal works of the state authorities.
Therefore, it was necessary to search for clear criteria to identify the legal
nature for those
works, especially that they differ in terms of the legal system governing them.
These criteria are important in distinguishing the administrative decisions form the
other works which the state authorities do, especially that they are an effective tool within
the hand of the administration in the face of individuals being subject to the judicial control
on the one hand, and that they are liable to be canceled and modified by the administration
on the other hand. In addition, the state is responsible for the harm caused by these acts to
individuals.
The jurisprudence and the judiciary are swinging between the two criteria even if one
of them overshadows the other. This research aims to demonstrate the criteria used in
distinguishing the administrative decision from the other legal works, as well as the
standpoint of the Syrian, Egyptian and French jurisprudence and judiciary regarding this
issue.
