يعتبر الترويج الفكري من أكثر الأنشطة تأثيراً على المجتمعات و خاصة فيما لو تعلق بترويج الأفكار الدينية، حيث أصبحت الأفكار في تداولها بمثابة المنتجات، و في ظل الكم الهائل من الأفكار و المعارف في شتى المجالات لا بد من إيجاد آلية للتعامل معها و بخاصة عندما ترتبط تلك الأفكار بالدين، و كيفية الترويج لتلك الأفكار بأسلوب حضاري بعيد عن التشدد و الابتذال. يهدف البحث لإيضاح أهمية الترويج للأفكار الصحيحة للإسلام، و معرفة دور رجال الدين في تقديم الفكر الإسلامي بأسلوب حضاري يتناسب مع الزمن الحالي. عمد الباحث إلى البحث عن الصفات و الشروط الواجب توافرها في رجال الدين (الدعاة). و المؤهلات و المهارات التي يجب أن يتمتعوا بها ليكونوا قادرين على إيصال الفكرة لأذهان النشئ بصورة مشرقة بعيدة عن التشدد. بالنسبة لمجتمع البحث تمثل بالمنظمات التعليمية التابعة لوزارة الأوقاف، أما بالنسبة للعينة فهي عشوائية من جمهور المتلقين للأفكار الإسلامية، و قد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (300) مفردة. و بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS توصل الباحث للنتيجة الآتية: وجود تأثير لرجل الدين (الداعية) على تقديم الفكرة الإسلامية الصحيحة، حيث يؤثر الداعية على تقديم الفكرة الإسلامية الصحيحة بما قيمته (0.915) في حال ثبات العوامل الأخرى، و تفسر شخصية الداعية ما يعادل 98.3% من التغيرات الحاصلة في الفكرة الإسلامية المقدمة.
Intellectual promoting one of the most important activities that has an effect on societies, especially when it is related to ideas, Because of the massive amount of ideas, those related religious and how promote that ideas in modern style away from extremism. This research aims to show the importance of promotion to the right ideas of moderate Islam, and to know the role of clergyman in providing the Islamic intellectual in right way. The researcher had studied the qualities, conditions and qualifications of the clergyman and the effect of that on provide the ideas to the new generation and their Islamic behavior. Research society include educational organizations that belong to Islamic ministry, the sample consist of (300) items. The data analyzed by SPSS program and the result showed that: Clergyman affects on improving Islamic ideas(0.915). The personality of clergyman explains (98,3%) of changes in Islamic Ideas.

Islamic banks face many contemporary challenges due to the international events,
global transformations, and the attempt to restrict the growth and expansion of Islamic
banks and its extension across the whole world, as well as errors and illegal a
nd banking
breaches that some Islamic banks has committed.
This situation makes it imperative for all the stakeholders, first and foremost the
Committee of Sharia in these banks, and the control exercised by central banks to Islamic
and conventional banks is a paramount, and that such control has increased the efficiency
of Islamic banks. It did not take into account the working conditions of these banks subject
to the provisions of Islamic law (Sharia). Hence, this research is to learn how to exercise
control over the Islamic banks in Syria. The researcher addressed the types of control on
Islamic banks in Syria represented by the internal control and supervision of the Central
Bank and the Shari'a. The researcher presented at the end of this research a set of
conclusions: there are significant differences between the banking control methods
imposed on Commercial and Islamic banks, as well as the existence of legal supervision of
Islamic banks is necessary to ensure that the provisions of the Islamic law.
Eventually, the researcher concludes a set of proposals and recommendations,
including: the need to develop qualitative and quantitative methods to control the work of
the Islamic banks to achieve desired control objectives in improving the performance of
Islamic banks, as well as the need to allocate a separate department within the Central
Bank of Syria, to carry out inspection and control of Islamic banks, while providing the
Department with trained and qualified human resources on Islamic banking.
This research aims at present to detective the correlation
between Irrational Beliefs the and Decision-Making, as well as to
detect differences between the average scores students at the scale
of Irrational Beliefs and a measure of Decision-Making
among
faculty members according to the (scholastic year) among the
students of the Damascus university. To achieve this goal has been
to use the following tools: Questionnaire to measure the Irrational
Beliefs of the preparation of Ratibe (2001), And a questionnaire to
measure Decision-Making of the preparation of researcher. The
study sample consists of (341) male and female students from
Damascus university.
The most important findings of Search:
- There were correlation statistically negative significant between
the scores of students on the scale of Irrational Beliefs and grades
on a scale of Decision-Making.
-There were differences between the mean scores of students on
the scale of Irrational Beliefs due to the variable scholastic year
favor first year.
- There were differences between the mean scores of students on
the scale of Decision-Making due to the variable scholastic year
favor four year
The purpose of this study was to know the impact of organizational
communication on effectiveness of performance on workers in
Damascus university, it was used the statistical program (spssv20)
for hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study
sample, which consists of 110 workers.
