هدفت هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء من خلال تقديم تحليل نقدي من الأخطاء التي ارتكبها الطلاب اليمنيون في جامعة الحديدة في مجال لفظ الكلمات المكونة من أحرف صامتة في اللغة الانكليزية.
و هذا يسبب مشكلة كبيرة لطلاب الجامعة في استراتيجيات التداخل اللغوي و غير
اللغوي. إن التقنية المستخدمة هي عبارة عن تحليل الأخطاء لعينة عشوائية مكونة من ثلاثة مستويات في قسم اللغة الانجليزية بكلية التربية/جامعة الحديدة. مع التركيز على جمع البيانات و تحليلها و التوصل إلى التوصيات و الاستنتاج من هذه الدراسة.
This study aims to shed light by giving a critical analysis of
errors made by Yemeni/Hodeidah. University students in the area of
English consonant clusters system. This causes a major problem for
university students’ interlingual and intralingual strategies. The technique
used is an error analysis for a random sample of three levels at English
Dept. Faculty of Education, Hodeidah University focusing on data
collection and data analysis and arriving at recommendations and
conclusion of the study.

This study aims at identifying the types of lexical errors made by inservice
English language teachers in Jordan. The sample of the study
consists of 50 in-service English language teachers enrolled in the
upgrading program at the Hashemite University. The data was gathered
from the final exam papers of those enrolled in a course in methods of
