The world, especially the capitalistic world, is passing through the worst economic crisis since 1929. This crisis has brought the worst, largest and strongest impact ever in its entire history. The self healing mechanisms the capitalistic world possesses have enabled it in the past and will enable it now to go past this crisis. Economic forecasters and decision-makers should learn lessons and deduce warnings from this crisis, and there seems to be some positive insights and attitudes of which the most important is the rebirth of Mackenzie principles. The other important issue that remains wide open concerns the moral values of the capitalistic society, which is that any materialistictechnological advancement will not be guaranteed in the long run unless it is guided and rationalized by a set of moral values which aim at the higher interests of society.

It has long been recognized that suffixing is more common than prefixing in the languages of the world. More detailed statistics on this tendency are needed to sharpen proposed explanations for this tendency. The classic approach to gathering data on the prefix/suffix preference is for a human to read grammatical descriptions (948 languages), which is time-consuming and involves discretization judgments. In this paper we explore two machine-driven approaches for prefix and suffix statistics which are crude approximations, but have advantages in terms of time and replicability. The first simply searches a large collection of grammatical descriptions for occurrences of the terms prefix' and suffix' (4 287 languages). The second counts substrings from raw text data in a way indirectly reflecting prefixation and suffixation (1 030 languages, using New Testament translations). The three approaches largely agree in their measurements but there are important theoretical and practical differences. In all measurements, there is an overall preference for suffixation, albeit only slightly, at ratios ranging between 0.51 and 0.68.
The aim of this research is to show the role of strategic analysis in crisis management in one of the Syrian industrial organizations, which is the general corporate of tobacco - coastal region branch) The research reli ed the analysis descriptive approach as a general method, the data was collected by way of questionnaire and personal interview The most important results of the research have been represented as follows : There is an important role of applying the strategic analysis process in crisis management, the largest role was the process of strategic analysis of the external environment The most important recommendations the following: The general corporate of tobacco must persevere its way in analyzing the environment, because of its positive role in crisis management and strive to improve this process, and that the most important thing you must do is the following: adopting the scenario method in analyzing analyzing its organizational culture provision developed information systems that help its process in strategic analysis
The modern concepts of human rights crystallized after the world war It (1939 – 1945).After the war put its heavy load, the independent countries established the united Nations organization. This organization issued its charter which became one of the first documents of the international human rights. The charter stated the promotion of respecting human rights and the basic freedoms of all people without any discrimination because of gender, language or religion, and no difference between men and women. And since the charter lacked a list which deals in detail with the human rights, the united Nations issued the international announcement of the human rights on 10th December, 1948, which included the main principles of civilian, political, economic, social and cultural rights as well as individual freedoms. The reinforcement of the role of the united nations in preserving human rights came through the adoption of the international treaty of civil and political rights and the international treaty of economic, social and cultural rights in the year 1966. Those treaties provided the cover and the legal protection for a lot of rights which the international declaration of the human rights stated. Since then, many other treaties adopted different cases such as the treatment of prisoners, the situation of refugees, women rights and children rights. The application of the rules of the international law can be specified on both the internal national level and the international level through the work and the mutual effect from countries and with the help of national and international procedures. It is necessary that this is done through modifying these rules according to the national law that is applied in each country. The application of the legal rule in the national law plays a crucial role in applying the international rule in the field of human rights. In order to comply with the international criterion of human rights, it is necessary for the Arab countries to ratify the basic agreements of human rights, taking into consideration the peculiarity of the history of the development of each country. These purposes should help in the activity of the international and social organizations of human rights.
Question answering (QA) systems are now available through numerous commercial applications for a wide variety of domains, serving millions of users that interact with them via speech interfaces. However, current benchmarks in QA research do not accou nt for the errors that speech recognition models might introduce, nor do they consider the language variations (dialects) of the users. To address this gap, we augment an existing QA dataset to construct a multi-dialect, spoken QA benchmark on five languages (Arabic, Bengali, English, Kiswahili, Korean) with more than 68k audio prompts in 24 dialects from 255 speakers. We provide baseline results showcasing the real-world performance of QA systems and analyze the effect of language variety and other sensitive speaker attributes on downstream performance. Last, we study the fairness of the ASR and QA models with respect to the underlying user populations.
In this work, we address the open-world classification problem with a method called ODIST, open world classification via distributionally shifted instances. This novel and straightforward method can create out-of-domain instances from the in-domain t raining instances with the help of a pre-trained generative language model. Experimental results show that ODIST performs better than state-of-the-art decision boundary finding method.
