It has long been recognized that suffixing is more common than prefixing in the languages of the world. More detailed statistics on this tendency are needed to sharpen proposed explanations for this tendency. The classic approach to gathering data on the prefix/suffix preference is for a human to read grammatical descriptions (948 languages), which is time-consuming and involves discretization judgments. In this paper we explore two machine-driven approaches for prefix and suffix statistics which are crude approximations, but have advantages in terms of time and replicability. The first simply searches a large collection of grammatical descriptions for occurrences of the terms prefix' and suffix' (4 287 languages). The second counts substrings from raw text data in a way indirectly reflecting prefixation and suffixation (1 030 languages, using New Testament translations). The three approaches largely agree in their measurements but there are important theoretical and practical differences. In all measurements, there is an overall preference for suffixation, albeit only slightly, at ratios ranging between 0.51 and 0.68.

The world, especially the capitalistic world, is passing through the worst economic crisis since 1929. This crisis has brought the worst, largest and strongest impact ever in its entire history. The self healing mechanisms the capitalistic world p ossesses have enabled it in the past and will enable it now to go past this crisis. Economic forecasters and decision-makers should learn lessons and deduce warnings from this crisis, and there seems to be some positive insights and attitudes of which the most important is the rebirth of Mackenzie principles. The other important issue that remains wide open concerns the moral values of the capitalistic society, which is that any materialistictechnological advancement will not be guaranteed in the long run unless it is guided and rationalized by a set of moral values which aim at the higher interests of society.
The modern concepts of human rights crystallized after the world war It (1939 – 1945).After the war put its heavy load, the independent countries established the united Nations organization. This organization issued its charter which became one of the first documents of the international human rights. The charter stated the promotion of respecting human rights and the basic freedoms of all people without any discrimination because of gender, language or religion, and no difference between men and women. And since the charter lacked a list which deals in detail with the human rights, the united Nations issued the international announcement of the human rights on 10th December, 1948, which included the main principles of civilian, political, economic, social and cultural rights as well as individual freedoms. The reinforcement of the role of the united nations in preserving human rights came through the adoption of the international treaty of civil and political rights and the international treaty of economic, social and cultural rights in the year 1966. Those treaties provided the cover and the legal protection for a lot of rights which the international declaration of the human rights stated. Since then, many other treaties adopted different cases such as the treatment of prisoners, the situation of refugees, women rights and children rights. The application of the rules of the international law can be specified on both the internal national level and the international level through the work and the mutual effect from countries and with the help of national and international procedures. It is necessary that this is done through modifying these rules according to the national law that is applied in each country. The application of the legal rule in the national law plays a crucial role in applying the international rule in the field of human rights. In order to comply with the international criterion of human rights, it is necessary for the Arab countries to ratify the basic agreements of human rights, taking into consideration the peculiarity of the history of the development of each country. These purposes should help in the activity of the international and social organizations of human rights.

While there exist scores of natural languages, each with its unique features and idiosyncrasies, they all share a unifying theme: enabling human communication. We may thus reasonably predict that human cognition shapes how these languages evolve and are used. Assuming that the capacity to process information is roughly constant across human populations, we expect a surprisal--duration trade-off to arise both across and within languages. We analyse this trade-off using a corpus of 600 languages and, after controlling for several potential confounds, we find strong supporting evidence in both settings. Specifically, we find that, on average, phones are produced faster in languages where they are less surprising, and vice versa. Further, we confirm that more surprising phones are longer, on average, in 319 languages out of the 600. We thus conclude that there is strong evidence of a surprisal--duration trade-off in operation, both across and within the world's languages.
The way of soccer analysis by using videos recordings are considered as one of methods that help to study and analyze some of sport behaviors such as goal kick and play 1 vs 1, which is carried out by the player on pitch during the match. Thus this study focused on the goal kick case in soccer and analyzed it in many aspects in world cup 2014 in Brazil. All round of 16, Quarter -finals, Semi-finals and Final play have been recorded -16 plays in total- and then they were analyzed according to the thesis aims. It showed that the average of goals in each game was 2,18 and the most important areas in which recorded goals were No. 3,2and 6 and one- third of goals scored were distributed on the last ten minutes of the match.
