Anatomical and structural reasons in the posterior region of the two jaws, and unacceptance of the patient to do several surgical procedures in order to place many implants, or the failure of one of the inserting implants, all these make us thinking of combining implant with the natural tooth in the same fixed prosthesis. The aim of the study is ashort observation of the incidence of the Technical complications in fixed partial prosthesis which consist of three units and connect a natural tooth to implant in the posterior region of the mandible, through two years of function.

Is the changing of biomechanics between the tooth and implant affected on the

study is to study the connection of bone area in both sides (mesial&distal) of tooth & implant connected

dentures(ISRPD) is unknown. the purpose of this in vitro study was
to compare maximum dislodging forces of distal extension
mandibular ISRPD with three different clasp design. a stimulat

class 1 partially edentulous mandible was prepared with two
implant in the first molar regions and two metal ceramic on distal
abutments. Fifteen bilateral distal extension frameworks was
fabricated with three different clasp design (Akers, I bar clasp ,no
clasp),each specimen was subjected to three type of retention
pulls ( main ,unilateral ,posterior pulls) five time with universal
testing machine.
We discussed in this research improvement of the methods of computerized simulation with practical examples in the field of automation of technical processes. The work has been done on an experimental station, which has been developed specially for t
his reason. It is a multi- purpose station for training on automation of industrial processes using a data acquisition system and program for procuring data and preparing the suitable diagrams .
