يهدف هذا البحث إلى اقتراح قوانين اكتوارية لتقدير الراتب التقاعدي المكون من الاشتراكات أولا، و من صافي الإيرادات الاستثمارية لصندوق التقاعد ثانيا ،و إلى تقدير الاحتياطي الرياضي أيضا ، كما يهدف إلى تقدير الراتب التقاعدي و الاحتياطي الرياضي في صندوق تقاعد نقابة المهندسين الزراعيين في سورية في نهاية عام 2009 . تم التوصل من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن كل مهندس زراعي أحيل على التقاعد في نهاية عام ٢٠٠٩ يستحق راتبا تقاعديا شهريا قدره /9480/ ل.س إذ تشكل القسم الأكبر من هذا الراتب من اشتراكات العضو التراكمية لمدة ثلاثين عاما، و يبلغ /8596/ل.س، أما القسم المتبقي ويقدر بـ/ 884/ل.س، فقد تكون من إيرادات الصندوق الاستثمارية الصافية. كما تم تقدير الاحتياطي الرياضي لإجمالي الأعضاء المساهمين في صندوق التقاعد بحوالي /6125/مليون ل.س، هذا الاحتياطي يتوجب الاحتفاظ به في صندوق التقاعد للإيفاء بالرواتب التقاعدية المستقبلية تجاه الأعضاء المتقاعدين.
This research aims to propose laws Actuarial assessment of pension component first of contributions, secondly from net investment income to the pension fund and to estimate the reserve mathematical as well, also aims toestimate pension and reserve athlete in the Pension Fund Agricultural Engineers Association in Syria at the end of 2009 It has been reached through this research that each agricultural engineer referred to retire at the end of 2009 deservesa pension every month of 9480 SP, where the bulk of this salary are contributions from Member's cumulative for thirty years, with a 8596 S.P. The remaining amount is estimated as 884.SP. It maybe from the net investment income of the Fund. The reserves have been estimated Mathematical Total of the contributing Members in the pension fundof about6795million SP, this reserve should be kept in the pension fund to meet future salary pensions to retired members.

In this study the researcher evaluates the role of mutual funds activation at
Damascus Stock Exchange and hence national economy. So that mutual funds could
achieve investment role more efficient and less risk. But if there are loose in the

l, governance and transparency over mutual funds, it could jeopardize small

interest conflicts could be exaggerated. Therefore, Damascus Stock Exchange should
strength its control and issues the necessary rules concerning transparency,

Researcher accomplishes this research through theoretical studies of accounting and
finance literature concerning mutual funds, and by preparing questioner, and
analyzing it through well known statistical methods. We have received variety of

Establishing mutual funds at Syria could activate Damascus Stock Exchange and as
a result activate national economy
It is very important for Damascus Stock Exchange to issue the necessary rules
concerning transparency, governance, trade, management fees, interest conflicts,
and so on.
The research aims to identify the reality of the work of tobacco workers union in
Jablah Department, in order to stand on their success in protecting the interests and rights
of members of workers, and to provide the necessary services to them, as

Recent work in natural language processing (NLP) has focused on ethical challenges such as understanding and mitigating bias in data and algorithms; identifying objectionable content like hate speech, stereotypes and offensive language; and building
frameworks for better system design and data handling practices. However, there has been little discussion about the ethical foundations that underlie these efforts. In this work, we study one ethical theory, namely deontological ethics, from the perspective of NLP. In particular, we focus on the generalization principle and the respect for autonomy through informed consent. We provide four case studies to demonstrate how these principles can be used with NLP systems. We also recommend directions to avoid the ethical issues in these systems.
This research aims to study the problem of liquidity excess، so it considers from the important problem that is facing the Islamic banks especially in this obstacles:
1- Modernity time of Islamic banks.
2- littleness of financial tools that used to
manage the liquidity in Islamic banks.
3- Nonexistence Law are fitting with targets and field of activity of Islamic banks.
And It is done that through knowing the liquidity in these banks and the tools used to manage the liquidity، inside to the best Islamic financial tools that Islamic banks are able to use in manage the liquidity.
