The experiment was conducted at the Agricultural Research Center in Salamiah in Hama province, in clay loam soil in October 2010. Furat tractor with a single hung disk harrow was used as a machinery unit, using three speeds. the seeding with drill seeder was executed after Applying tillage one time for the systems required one face, and twice for the systems required two, while a plot of land was left for" zero tillage" system.

The experiment was carried out in agricultural season (2015-2016) in Zahid local for field agricultur in Tartous to study the effect of different systems of tillage (zero tillage, plowing of the chisel plow, moldboard plowing and disc plowing ) on the growth and productivity of rainfed barley, the land was cultivated in the first half of November with barley varieties (Hordeum sp ) and used randomized complete design 7 treatments with 3 replicates were used with L.S.D test at 5% level.
This research was carried out during both growing seasons 2009/10 - 2010/11 at the National Center for Agricultural Research and Extension (NCARE) / Karak Governorate / Jordan, to study the response of five barley varieties namely Mu'tah, Yarmok, Athroh, Rum and Acsad-176 to the effect of four seeding rates (50, 100, 150 and 200kg/ha) and five nitrogen fertilizer levels (0, 15, 30, 45 and 60kg/ha) on the productivity of grain and straw, the harvest index and some phenological indicators.
This research was carried out through the 2012-2013 season on 10 years old, grafted on the rootstock B41,grapevines of Al-Hulwani cultivar. Three levels (10,20,40 t/ha) of organic fertilizers of cow, sheep plus and poultry were used, in addition to three treatments from mixture of this levels (3.33,6.66,13.32 t/ha) for one type of the fertilizers. The research also included three treatments from mixture of mineral fertilization with (N,P,K) at the rate (1:1:1) by using urea 46%, super phosphate 46% and potassium sulphate 50% in three levels (100-200-400 kg/ha), in addition to the control without fertilization, to study their effects on Some quantitative and qualitative Characteristics of the grapevine cultivar Al-Hulwani. The results showed the following: The use of organic and mineral fertilization gave in all levels and types superiority in all studied characteristics compared to the control. Most levels of organic fertilization and its treatments are superior to mineral fertilization in all studied characteristics. The first level of sheep plus (10 kg/ha) gave the better results in weight of cluster and quantity of product, but the first level of poultry gave the better results in weight of 100 fruits. The use of organic manure was with positive effect on fruits color and was superior to mineral fertilization. The yield/vine increased significantly from 65.77kg/vine to 118.5 and 97.8kg/vine when the low level of sheep puls the mixture of the medium levels of mineral fertilizers were used.
The research was carried out during (2008-2009) and (2009-2010) in Fedio farm belonging to the Faculty of Agriculture to study the effect of various systems of tillage on the growth and productivity of Barley. The results showed that the bulk densit y increases with the first tillage system (control), comparing with the other tillage systems, but all of them were less than the control (no- tillage). The number of weeds increased when using the 6-th tillage system. The germination rate was affected by the tillage systems. The 6-th tillage system was the best. The weight of 1000 seeds and productivity increased by the 1-th tillage system (no-tillage) comparing with the other tillage systems. The number of weeds increased, but germination rate and weight of 1000 seeds decreased by using the 6-th tillage system. The yield of barley increased when using the 6-th tillage system. No-tillage system was the most economic compared with the others.
The research was conducted at the poultry farm in Kharabo, Faculty of Agriculture, Damascus University. 1080 chicks of Lohman hybrid, one day old, distributed randomly and equally into six different groups, G1….G6 (180 chicks/ group) with three re plicates in each group (60 chicks per replicate). Chicks in all groups were fattened for 42 days on Diets composed of vegetarian feeding stuffs, based on corn, soya bean meal and different additives. Chicks of G1 were fed on the main diet without adding iron or copper. The chicks in G2 and G3 were fed on the main diet mixed with 80 and 160 ppm of iron respectively. The vhicks of G4 were also fed on the main diet mixed with 8 ppm of copper. The Chicks of G5 and G6 were fed on the main diet mixed with iron and copper (80 and 8 ppm) and (160 and 8 ppm), respectively. Results demonstrated that adding iron and/or copper to the broiler diet was safe for chickens up to 42 days of age and did not affect significantly on carcass parameters. Supplementation of broiler diet with 8 ppm of copper was not associated with accumulation of copper in the tissues of liver, leg bone, breast, and thigh. Adding 80-160 ppm of iron to the broiler diets was not associated with high level of accumulation of iron in the tissues of breast and thigh but with high concentrations (p < 0.05) in the tissues of liver and leg bone.
