The Rudist Vautrinia syriaca (VAUTRIN) was considered so far as characteristic of the Maastrichtian of the northern margin of the Arabian platform, but new research shows that it is not possible to retain this consideration. Indeed, in both types localities (J. Abd Al Aziz and Yeyla) this rudist is present in breccia. The biostratigraphic analysis of the environment in the first locality can assign a Campanian age or precampanien age. The study demonstrated also that the presence of the Rudist Vautrinia syriaca (VAUTRIN) within breccia and conglomeratic sediments above the ophiolitic complex in the north-west of Syria (Al Bassite - Yella hill) shows that the ophiolite emplacement along the northern Arabian Platform has happened in the Campanian time or in Precampanian time and not during the Maastrichtian time. The presence of huge blocks of ophiolite on the surface of the Turonian limestone layers near Saarinjek village in Afrin Mountains (Kurdag) confirmed that the ophiolitic complex emplaced on the edge of the Arabian Platform at the end of the Turonian / early Coniacian, and not during the Maastrichtian. The obduction of the ophiolitic complex explains the big marine transgression on the Arabian Platform since the beginning of Senonian.

This study was conducted on the type of the Syrian pear, Pyrus syriaca. Boiss spread wildly in the Qardaha area in Lattakia governorate during the years 2012-2013 AD. Nine phenotypic phenotypes scattered in different locations (Ain Al-Arous - Deir Hanna - Basin) were studied, where the results showed that there were differences in some traits out of 14 studied phenotypic traits.
A study was conducted on one type of Syrian pears ‘Pyrus syriaca. Boiss’ which is widespread in Al-Qardahah area/Lattakia during 2012-2013. 9 superficial models were studied, these are scattered in different locations (Ein Al Aaros , Derhana, and B sin). The results revealed the existence of differences in some of the characteristics, out of 13 morphological studied characteristics. A cluster analysis showed a division in the studied models. Two main groups can be distinguished: the first group included the following models (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6), whereas the second group included the following models (P7, P8, P9). These two main groups are further divided into 4 subgroups which can be considered independent morphological Models. The first main group contains the first and second subgroups with a similarity value 0.62. The first subgroup contains P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and it is symbolized as A; while the second subgroup contains P6 and it is symbolized as B. The second main group contains the first and second subgroups with a similarity value 0.77. The first subgroup contains P7, P9 and it is symbolized as C; whereas the second subgroup contains P8 symbolized as D. The research indicates that there is a difference in the seed germination percentage of the studied models. The seeds and embryos of P9 gave the highest germination percentage, while the seeds and embryos of P6 gave the fastest germination percentage.
This paper seeks to assess the extent to which the auditing profession in Syria depends on risk assessment. This study starts by analyzing the importance of the risk approach and its implications for contemporary auditing. The study intends to exam ine to what extent, if at all, the Syrian auditing profession takes the assessment of auditing risk factor into consideration and the correlation, if any, between risk and other related factors such as business risk, assessment risk, and control risk. To this end, the researcher designs a questionnaire and sends it to 100 auditors through the Association of Syrian Certified Accountants. 51 questionnaires are properly filled. To analyze data, SPSS package has been used. The results have clearly confirmed the hypothesis that the auditing profession in Syria does not depend on risk assessment.
The war on Syria has severely damaged the stock of physical and human capital. This study evaluates the implications of the war on economic growth in Syria by comparing the factors affecting economic growth before and during the crisis, perhaps the m ost prominent of which are the lack of funding, the high unemployment rate, and the decrease in the exchange rate of the Syrian Pound, as an indicator of high prices and economic inflation, which resulted in the purchasing power of those with limited income, and aggravated the suffering of the population, the main source of power for the economy The Syrian people are the source of the wealth of Syrian society, and the poverty circle has expanded to include 83% of them in 2014 Syria was classified as a fast-growing country before the crisis, but its growth rate declined during the crisis to reach (- 22.5) in 2013. The study concluded that relying on loans as a source of financing is inappropriate and does not match the sustainable debt limit and hinders economic growth in the medium and long term. This research discusses the ability of the Syrian pound to regain its purchasing power, and reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the Syrian pound can regain its purchasing power and its position as soon as the production wheel in the commodity sector begins, and inflation can decline. For this purpose, this research paper proposes adopting a development strategy that takes into account the current reality, the declared international war on Syria, and the brutal siege imposed on its people, taking advantage of the experiences of other countries that have gone through more difficult circumstances than the ones that Syria is going through, and those countries were able to achieve stable and Sustainable economic development.
In this article we present a new and effective method to Estimate the static fatigue age for springs, when it works by static load or static strain for a long time at deferent temperature, this case is very important because the spring is a battery for force and it must save allow value of the force. At the first we present a theory study for “creep and relaxation “and how we can accelerate the test to get the results, then we suggest method to accelerate the test to know when the spring retch to the minimum allowable value of the force at work temperature degree, this method depend on tests at samples at deferent temperature degrees, higher than work and storage temperature, and then use the results to estimate the static fatigue age for springs at real storage and work temperature.
