This research aims to study the effects of some oxidoreductase enzymes activity in the seedlings of maize plant stem cells, which Cultured in the present of the following cations: Na+, K+, Mg2+, and Ca2+. (GHOTA 82) yallow corn seeds were used, and cultured for six days in water and in solution of cations with different concentrations. In brief, preparation and titration processes consist of extraction of enzymatic solutions from plant stem cells seedlings by buffer solutions (at appropriate PH for each enzyme). The results show that the activity of used enzymes increases with the increasing concentrations of the used cations from 1 to 6 g/l by comparison with those of cultured samples in water. Besides the difference in the effect of cations was limited by the concentrations range between 6-9 g/ l.

Investigate studied the activity of some enzymes in zea maize plant seedlings cells, (Ghota 82) under the influence of phytohormone Auxin & growth regulators 2,4-D and IBA. Maize plant seeds were germinated in water medium for six days in darknes s and temperature of 260C. Then stem cells of the developing seedling were incupated in darkness with water or in different solutions of auxin, 2,4-D & IBA (50 mg/l) for 20 houre in 30 0C. Then magared the activity of α-Amylase, RNAase, Catalayse, Guaiacol Peroxidase, Ascorbate oxidase in the stem cells The results showed that the incupation has defferent effects.on hydrolysis and oxidative enzymes in zea maize plant seedlings cells.
In this work we study the kinetic of Catalase and Guaiacol peroxidase and the effect of : pH, temperature, enzyme concentration and substrate concentration on the activity of these enzymes in the mesocotyles of Zea mays ( Ghoto82 ) 6 day old.
The following Fungal species were isolated from therhizosphere of wheat plant (TriticumaestivumL.): Trichodermaharzianum, T. viride, T. longibrachiatum, Rhizoctoniasolani, Alternariaalternata, Fusariumsolani, Fusariumoxysporum and Aspergillusniger. I t was shown that all isolated fungi had the capacity to produce cellulase in solid medium (CMC- Agar), while the fungus T.viride gave the highest capability for the production of this enzyme(5.16). The fungus Rhizoctoniasolani gave less productive ratio (2.61). Quantitative test using Mandelium liquid medium showed that the fungus T.viride had the highest productivity of Cellulase(4.39 U/mL), and this fungus had greater biomass (8.96 g/L). The fungus Rhizoctoniasolani gave lower enzyme productivity(2.04 U/mL) and its biomass reached(4.65 g/L). The study of different carbon sources for the fungus T.harzianum showed that Sucrose was the best media in Cellulase productivity. It reached (3.87U/mL), and the biomass was (2.83 g/L).
Let be a graph of order n. with vertices and edges . A set D of vertices of a graph is called 2- dominating if every vertex has at least two neighbors in D. let denotes The 2- domination number of a graph G, , is the order of a smallest 2- dominatin g set of G. In this paper, we found lower and upper bounds of 2- domination number of the cartesian product of two paths for m=6,7 and arbitrary n.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of butyric acid alone or with Vitamins in the feed on liver enzymes activity and some minerals in serum. One hundred (100) 1-day old unsexed commercial Japanese quail chicks were studied for 42 days . The Japanese quail chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups as 25 chicks in each. The chicks were fed with starter mash which contained crude protein24% and metabolizable energy 2850 Kcal / kg up to 42 day of age.
