تمّ في هذا البحث تحديد خمسة فيتامينات منحلة في الماء باستخدام طرائق طيفية و كروماتوغرافية و هي: ثيامين هيدروكلورايد (B1), حمض الإسكوربيك (V.C), النياسيناميد (PP)، سيانوكوبلامين (B12), ريبوفلافين (B2). و تمّ التوصل إلى شروط فصل. كروماتوغرافي بتفريق جيد لها، حُدّد المجال الخطي بين مساحة القمة الكروماتوغرافية و تركيز الفيتامين.
spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods was used for
determination of five water-soluble vitamins, including : Thiamine
HCl (B1), Ascorbic acid (VC), Niacinamide (PP), Cyanocobalamin
(B12), Riboflavin (B2) in this research.
The conditions of chromatographic separation were reached to the
vitamins with good resolution.
