The research tries to define the most important social factors which contribute to the decline of educational achievement in the schools of the first phase of the basic education stage. These factors have been clarified through a theoretical study and a field study that was conducted in Lattakia city in the academic year (2011-2012). This study aimed to identify social anxiety and its relationship with self-esteem of pupils in the first stage of basic education in the city of Homs, and know the difference of sexes in their performance on each of the social anxiety scale and th e self-esteem scale; to achieve these goals has been applied study consisting of 426 sample male and female, from the first stage of basic education pupils, the use of SPSS17 computer program to find averages, "ttest",and correlation coefficients.
The aim of the research is to identify the degree to which the teacher of the school in the city of Homs, in turn, in the consolidation of social values of students in the first cycle of basic education from the point of view of teachers and princ ipals and to identify the obstacles to the teacher, To establish the social values of the students of the first cycle of basic education according to the research variables (gender, type of qualification, number of years of experience).
This research aimed to Specifying the role of singing songs in teaching of Arabic subject from the point of view of Educational mentors and teachers at the first Colloquium of the Basic Education at Lattakia City. The researcher followed the descr iptive method, The research tool consisted of a questionnaire in which the researcher examined the views of the Educational mentors of the first Colloquium and their teachers from the basic education stage in Lattakia about the role of singing songs in the teaching of my language Arabic subject . The sample included (18) Educational mentors and (160) teachers and( 12.27 %) Of the original community of teachers in Lattakia, were chosen randomly, and the research tool was presented to a group of arbitrators and verified its validity and consistency, and then applied in the academic year 2016-2017. The research showed the following results and the most important were: There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(0.05) between the averages of the degrees (mentors and the teachers) in their opinions about the role of singing songs in teaching of my Language Arabic subject according to the variables (gender and educational experience); and this is due to their awareness of the importance of the singing songs in teaching my Language Arabic as an interesting useful scientific method of shortening time and effort, whereas There are statistically significant differences at the averages of the degrees of the Educational mentors and the teachers in their opinions of the role of singing songs in teaching of my Language Arabic according to the variables (type of work and scientific qualification ) for the benefit of mentors and high educational specialists . In the light of the results The research suggested : 1 - The need to prepare qualified academic and educational teachers to teach the songs in the halls of the availability of suitable educational means, after the introduction to the curriculum or composed by them, the research confirmed that it is still absent from the ground until the moment of doing this research. 2 - Adoption of the criteria reached in the selection of songs.
These research had shown a relationship between preparation and good academic population of teacher, and amelioration scientific level of schoolboy, because the teachers who had an academic population they have the capability which help theme to af ford the lessons by activity and alacrity. So the teacher who has a good academic population, he will be revealed by education methods , and he know how to behave with schoolboys , and he also revealed by scientific material , and he can use the technology and the appliance of development, and the agents of education very well ,and suitable way, because when the teacher use too much agents of education in the lesson these maybe disperse the schoolboy attention, and it will be make his consideration on these agents only , but using the agents of education by suitable way it will be help the schoolboy to understand better, additionally the importance of advancement which the teacher give to schoolboy . these phraseology will encourage schoolboy to elevation there scientific level. And it was shown also there are a strong relationship between the way of cooperation and the scientific level of schoolboys, where the cooperation which depend on deference reverse a good relationship between teachers and schoolboys, and also between schoolboys themselves. Also it was noted there are a big difference between using the technology ,and the developments agents , and the computers by existence the teacher , and by using it without hem, where the teacher existence ,will be rise the schoolboys abandonment to learn.
