Due to the high importance of designing operating rooms (especially the air conditioning parameters), many studies, researches and international codes were achieved in order to reach the optimum parameters for this mission. Hundreds of hospitals in Syria and all around the world are still suffering from wounds contamination during surgery. This paper is dedicated to re document collect the latest information to help researcher and designers achieving their mission, especially those information that are not available in one reference by itself. The research paper discusses the optimal air conditioning requirement like, temperature, humidity, required filtration, number of air changes per hour, pressures to be maintained and the recommended face velocity. An extended research studies focus on laminar flow system, and its advantages over the conventional ones. It mentions the sterilization supporting systems which use UVGI In-ducts and in rooms. The paper concluded that new ideas adopting different philosophies by either supplying fresh air from lower rooms areas or laminar flow wall should be further investigated.

This study discusses in-duct UVGI efficiency to disinfect O.R and ICU supplied air. Experiment setup was designed using three ultraviolet lamps were placed at the upper side of experimental duct, equipped with variable speed turbine to simulate flo w rates of ICU and O.R. In order to determine organism irradiance time, UV intensity distribution is measured at different levels in duct, Thenthese parameters combined in simulation program executed under LABVIEW programming environment to determine in-duct disinfection efficiency in relation to ICU and O.R designing requirement and sterility level.
In this search, we will study variables types of quays constructed in variables countries of world, the structural study will done for one of these types according to Syrian Arab Republic conditions with its local geodesic - geotechnical features, permanent and temporary effected loads, also stability and fixity of the studying type according to local conditions and cods.
This paper discusses improveming of the methods of computerized measurements by using some practical examples in the field of automation of flow, and pressure and level measurements and data logging. Tnis work has been done on an experimental station, which has been developed specifically for this paipose. It is a multi purpose station for training on automation of measuring techniques in industrial processes
204 samples were collected from various body samples during the year 2016. These 204 samples distributed as follows: 133 from urine , 37 swabs of wounds and burns, 10 swabs from the ear and pharynx, 12 from feces, 8 from CSF, 4 from blood. This s tudy distinctly showed that gram negative bacilli were the most isolates 136 (67%) while 68 isolates (33%) were gram positive bacteria . E. coli dominated (39.68%) of the total gram negative bacilli. This study distinctly showed an increase in the ratio of E. coli resistance to one or more types of antibiotics , we found that E. coli resistance to all antibiotics except specific and expensive antibiotics, and we found that its complete resistance to the second ,third and fourth generation of cephalosporins , resistance to specific and antibiotics such as Imipenem.
This study has been performed in Agriculture Research Directorated Labs, Ministry of Science and Technology/Iraq, aimed to use different formulations of weaning food contained different concentrations of black rice flour, brown rice, peas and oat c hips. Some physical treatments like cleaning, peeling and milling to rice and and germination, chard, peeling, drying and milling to peas were used to make these four formulations, which were chosed depended on chemical analysis (moisture, protein, ash, fiber, carbohydrate, fat and energy) in addition the estimation of some minerals (Ca, Fe and Zn) comparing with recommendation of FAO weaning food and functional properties; like bulk density (BD), foam capacity (FC) and swelling power (SP). Sensory evaluation was also conducted.
