Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) task consists of three typical subtasks: aspect term extraction, opinion term extraction, and sentiment polarity classification. These three subtasks are usually performed jointly to save resources and reduce th
e error propagation in the pipeline. However, most of the existing joint models only focus on the benefits of encoder sharing between subtasks but ignore the difference. Therefore, we propose a joint ABSA model, which not only enjoys the benefits of encoder sharing but also focuses on the difference to improve the effectiveness of the model. In detail, we introduce a dual-encoder design, in which a pair encoder especially focuses on candidate aspect-opinion pair classification, and the original encoder keeps attention on sequence labeling. Empirical results show that our proposed model shows robustness and significantly outperforms the previous state-of-the-art on four benchmark datasets.
Pancytopenia is defined by reduction of all three formed elements of blood below the
normal reference . It may be manifestation of a wide variety of disorders , yet there exist
few published assessments of the frequencies of various etiologies , an
d these frequencies
exhibit substantial geographic variation . This study was carried out to investigate for and
to identify the causes of pancytopenia , to find out the frequency of different causes , to
determine the incidence of pancytopenia in relation to sex and age and to compare our
findings with those of other similar studies in different countries .This was a prospective
study conducted in Al-Asad and Tishreen academic hospitals in Lattakia city , Syria , ovar
a period of one year . A total of 113 patients with the diagnosis of pancytopenia were
enrolled in the study All patients underwent a detailed medical history and full physical
examination followed by blood sampling for the investigations i.e. complete blood count
with peripheral film , erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR ) , liver function test , PT ,
HBsAg and Anti- HCV , ultrasonography of abdomen . All patients underwent bone
marrow aspiration and trephine biopsy for some patients. A definite female
preponderance was observed , 59 were female and 54 were male. The majority of cases
were encountered in the age group of more than sixty years old .Infiltration disorders were
the commonest cause that was observed in 38.1% followed by infections in 22.1% ,
megaloblastic anemia 12.4% , myelodysplasia 11.5%, aplastic anemia 7.1% ,
myelofibrosis 3.5% , hypersplenism 3.5% and systemic disorders 1.8% Detailed clinical
history and meticulous physical examination along with baseline hematological
investigations provide good information and help in systematic planning of further
investigations to diagnose pancytopenia's cause.
Background& Objective: pemphigus vulgaris is a life threatening relapsing disease, the first line in its
treatment is systemic steroids, and due to the high rate of side effects caused by systemic steroids in
pemphigus vulgaris patients ,some immun
osuppressant drugs have been introduced as an adjuvant
steroid sparing agents , and one of these immunosuppressants is azathioprine, which is the most used drug
by therapists, but this use was due to experience and not due to strict studies , this research studies the
relationship between azathioprine and relapse in pemphigus vulgaris patients during the prednisolone
reduction period.
Materials & Methods: 70 pemphigus vulgaris patients have been studied, from the patients of the
dermatology university hospital during the period between 1/8/2008 -29/5/2011 (the first year for
collecting the sample and the rest for follow-up) they have been divided into 2 groups. The first: were
treated with prednisolone plus azathioprine (30 patients ), the second : were treated with prednisolone
alone (40 patients ).and after the control of the disease the dose of prednisolone was reduced gradually ,till
it was stopped, and patients were observed for relapse.
Results: there was no meaningful statistical difference between the two groups in the terms of relapse, as
giving azathioprine did not reduce the relapse rate, and did not reduce the prednisolone dose needed to
prevent relapse.
Conclusion: in this study no use of azathioprine in preventing relapse in pemphigus vulgaris patients, so
we advise for more studies to confirm that, and to give more attention during its prescription.
pemphigus vulgaris is a life threatening relapsing disease, the first line in its
treatment is systemic steroids, and due to the high rate of side effects caused by systemic steroids in
pemphigus vulgaris patients, some immunosuppressant drugs have
been introduced as an adjuvant
steroid sparing agents, and one of these immunosuppressants is methotrexate, and in spite of the lack of
its use in pemphigus vulgaris, a few studies have shown an encouraging results of its use, and have advised
to carry out more studies about it as an immunosuppressant which has been omitted from usage in
pemphigus vulgaris for a long time.
Used the Syrian legislatore in connection with the insurance whish is made by the
partner in the common property, the principle of real substitution, the desire to
stabilization of the transactions, to decide that the act remains true whatever the
equivalent of the thing insured partner's share in a division. In spite of the principle
of real substitution adopted by the legislatore, but the creditor's right to the insured
remains pending on the decision does not settle down for the duration of common,
and may be his fate, move to the money other than the creditor wanted it from
contracting with the partner.
And we will show in this research over the legal protection provided by the
application of the principle of real substitution in estate insurance, and that through
the study of the legal nature of the real substitution, and the impact of its application
in estate insurance.
Pephigus vulgaris is a recurrent life threatening disease. Its basic treatment is
systemic steroids, after treating the first attack of the disease by systemic steroids we start to reduce the
dose of the steroids gradually. During this reduction th
e desease may flare up, this recurrence is routinely
treated by increasing the dose of the steroids again to control the disease, this study was made to compare
the benefits of tetracycline in controlling the recurrence of pemphigus vulgaris with the routinely used
way which is elevating the dose of prednisolone.
