In this research work, we studied the most important methods
used for solving fitting problem. Then the method were applied
to some numerical examples. Experimental resuls on some
numerical examples revealed the superiority of some numerical
methods in comparison with others.
Resources of marine environment are suffering from over-exploitation by Flags of
Convenience vessels; which refer to vessels registered in foreign countries known as Open
Registry countries. These countries usually do not fulfill the obligations in
cumbent upon
them as flag states towards the vessels flying their flags, in an attempt to attract more
registries. They, inter alia, adopt loose enforcement measures against illegal activities by
their vessels, and do not monitor the working conditions on board those vessels.
This situation is of a bad effect on both marine environment and worker’s rights on
board flag of convenience vessels. Therefore, it is important to cast light on the
mechanisms included in the United Nations Law of the Sea Convention 1982 regarding
this problem, and to assess their effectiveness.
This essay displays one of probabilities at Geographical
Information System (GIS) as a decision support system to select
the best way to carry project's remainders (excavations and
garbage of works), in addition to observing topographic
character
istics of the study area and the nature of roads which are
existed formerly and imposed bonds at the movement of machines
as free as possible, As a result, we will obtain the saving
economical way to carry, which is a tied goal equation with
groups of related bonds about the actual of different ways, and
that is accomplished by Geographical Information System.
Therefore, it is possible to consider this system as a help tool to
improve the effective of approval decision to shorting time at
engineering projects.
This research aims to find out the impact of some internal factors such as the
environment and appropriate and its role in increasing the turnout of shoppers on shopping
centers in the Syrian Coast, thus find out the extent of influenced of demand
for shopping
centers by these two factors.

SPSS statistical program. After the study and analyze the research reached to some of the
important results:
1- There is a clear Correlation between the clean and comfortable shopping
center environment and also good convenience on the one hand and increasing turnout for
shopping centers in the Syrian coast on the other hand.
2- The research confirmed that there is a shortening of attention to aspects of
the environment and appropriate in the shopping centers located in the Syrian Coast.
