The nanocrystals of semi-conductive metal oxides attracted great attention because of their interesting properties. Therefore, our study of some physical properties of the pure and Sb doping Tin Oxide compound. The measurement of the infrared spectru
m of pure tin oxide compound shows vibrational frequencies which has two energy (415.585, 574.683) cm-1 and the Sb doping Tin Oxide with a rate of (4wt%) shows vibration frequencies and the most prominent is which has two energy (417.513, 669.178) cm-1. the study showed that the largest value of the absorbance, absorption coefficient was in the sample Sb doping Tin Oxide compound respectively are A=0.7560, α=17.389 cm-1, at the vibrational frequency 3447.13 cm-1, and the refractive index for pure tin oxide ranged from (1.832 - 2.371). As for the Sb doping Tin Oxide compound, the refractive index value was between (1.709-2.643).
In this research work, the performance of the measurement system (TDLAS) has been improved, it was connected to the computer for acquisition and processing data using the programming language MatLab. The internal surface of the cavity was coated by p
araffin wax, adsorption is significantly lowered.
This system has been employed to measure the concentration of ammonia in exhaled breath for 20 healthy volunteers in two cases (fasting and non-fasting), and 36 volunteers with chronic renal disease (before hemodialysis).
Our present study aimed at evaluating vertical resorption
following ramus and chin grafts applied in the split space after sixmonth
implant delay.
In this research, we have done Theoretical study, how to use
perturbation theory in order to obtain approximate solutions of the
time dependent Schrödinger equation.
We also considered application of time dependent perturbation theory to case where the
atomic quantum system interacts with electromagnetic radiation.
Fluorescence spectroscopy has long been one of the most useful
bio-physical techniques available to scientists studying the
structure and function of biological tissues due to high sensitivity
of fluorescence signal to variations of optical properties of tissues
as a result of structural variations.
This study deals with the determination of total mercury concentration in the water
taken from three sites on Al-Kabeer Al-Shemaly River ( near the industrial area and Al-
Damat Lake, and 16 Tishreen Lake), also the effect of some physio-chemical p
arameters
including: DO, pH, T °C. of water in the three sites was studied.
Results showed that the total mercury concentration was low in general, where the
medium concentration in the three studied sites was 0.29 ppb and it was less than the
permission level of total mercury in the surface water(> 10 ppb), the higher value of the
medium concentration of total mercury(0.35, 0.31, 0.21)ppb was recorded in the Industrial
Area, Damat Lake, then 16 Tishreen Lake, respectively. For the changes in the total
concentration of mercury in the three studied sites during seasons of a year, was higher in
Summer comparing with other seasons. The results showed positive correlation coefficient
between the total mercury concentration and temperature, pH value, but it was negative
with DO in Summer.
preparation of super-absorbent material in accordance with the method of graft copolymerization using three vinylic monomers onto sodium alginate via microwave and study the factors that affect the ability absorbance.
Telmisartan is an antihypertensive drug that inhibits angiotensin II
receptors type AT1. Studies showed drug interactions with different
potentials. This study was intended to investigate the role of some
active ingredients acting on influx, efflu
x and metabolizing
enzymes in intestinal absorption of telmisartan prior to hepatic-pass
effect. Intestinal perfusion with venous sampling technique was
applied in rats by perfusing telmisartan in intestinal lumen, and
measuring its concentration and amount versus time.
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of Subcrestal placement of dental
implants on marginal bone loss in immediate implantation. The research sample
comprised of 24 implants were immediately placed after extraction,12 implants have
placed at Equicrestal level (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) served as control group and
12 impalnts (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) have placed at Subcrestal level served as test
group. modified bleeding index MBI, probing pocket depth PPD and marginal bone loss
MBL Implant survival, evaluated for both groups. Mbl were 0.85 mm in control group and
1.30 mm in test group after one year of dental emplacement The results of the present
study showed that the success rate was 100% in both groups, there was no statistical
difference between the test and control regarding, MBI, while there was statistical
difference between the test and control regarding MBL, PPD. during periods of follow up .
The samples of bee pollen were collected from inside and outside
the honey beehives of apiaries situated in five different locations of
Latakia; Al-Qardahah, Al-Haffeh, Jableh, Latakia city and Eastern

. The
concentrations of three heavy metals, zinc (Zn), lead (Pb), cadmium
(Cd) were determined in pollen by using atomic absorption.
