لقد جذبت البلورات النانوية لأكاسيد المعادن شبه الموصلة اهتماماً كبيراً بسبب خصائصها المثيرة للاهتمام لذلك جاءت دراستنا لبعض الخصائص الفيزيائية لمركب أوكسيد القصدير النقي والمشاب بالأنتموان، أظهرت قياسات طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء لأوكسيد القصدير النقي وجود ترددات اهتزازية أبرزها لها الطاقتين (574.683,415.585) cm-1، وتبين وجود ترددات اهتزازية لأوكسيد القصدير المشاب بالأنتموان بنسبة (4Wt%) وأبرزها لها الطاقتين (669.178,417.513) cm-1، وأظهرت الدراسة بأن أكبر قيمة للامتصاصية ومعامل الامتصاص، كانت في عينة أوكسيد القصدير المشابة بالأنتموان وهي على الترتيب A=0.7560، α=17.389 cm-1، عند التردد الاهتزازي ذي الطاقة ʋ=3447.13cm-1، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن قرينة انكسار أوكسيد القصدير النقي تتراوح بين (1.832 – 2.371)، أما بالنسبة لأوكسيد القصدير المشاب بالأنتموان كانت قيمة قرينة الانكسار بين (1.709 – 2.643).
The nanocrystals of semi-conductive metal oxides attracted great attention because of their interesting properties. Therefore, our study of some physical properties of the pure and Sb doping Tin Oxide compound. The measurement of the infrared spectrum of pure tin oxide compound shows vibrational frequencies which has two energy (415.585, 574.683) cm-1 and the Sb doping Tin Oxide with a rate of (4wt%) shows vibration frequencies and the most prominent is which has two energy (417.513, 669.178) cm-1. the study showed that the largest value of the absorbance, absorption coefficient was in the sample Sb doping Tin Oxide compound respectively are A=0.7560, α=17.389 cm-1, at the vibrational frequency 3447.13 cm-1, and the refractive index for pure tin oxide ranged from (1.832 - 2.371). As for the Sb doping Tin Oxide compound, the refractive index value was between (1.709-2.643).
