The nanocrystals of semi-conductive metal oxides attracted great attention because of their interesting properties. Therefore, our study of some physical properties of the pure and Sb doping Tin Oxide compound. The measurement of the infrared spectrum of pure tin oxide compound shows vibrational frequencies which has two energy (415.585, 574.683) cm-1 and the Sb doping Tin Oxide with a rate of (4wt%) shows vibration frequencies and the most prominent is which has two energy (417.513, 669.178) cm-1. the study showed that the largest value of the absorbance, absorption coefficient was in the sample Sb doping Tin Oxide compound respectively are A=0.7560, α=17.389 cm-1, at the vibrational frequency 3447.13 cm-1, and the refractive index for pure tin oxide ranged from (1.832 - 2.371). As for the Sb doping Tin Oxide compound, the refractive index value was between (1.709-2.643).

With the advent of contextualized embeddings, attention towards neural ranking approaches for Information Retrieval increased considerably. However, two aspects have remained largely neglected: i) queries usually consist of few keywords only, which i ncreases ambiguity and makes their contextualization harder, and ii) performing neural ranking on non-English documents is still cumbersome due to shortage of labeled datasets. In this paper we present SIR (Sense-enhanced Information Retrieval) to mitigate both problems by leveraging word sense information. At the core of our approach lies a novel multilingual query expansion mechanism based on Word Sense Disambiguation that provides sense definitions as additional semantic information for the query. Importantly, we use senses as a bridge across languages, thus allowing our model to perform considerably better than its supervised and unsupervised alternatives across French, German, Italian and Spanish languages on several CLEF benchmarks, while being trained on English Robust04 data only. We release SIR at https://github.com/SapienzaNLP/sir.
RC moment-resisting frames (RCMRFs) have commonly been used for low-to-moderate rise buildings in seismic prone regions. RCMRFs can perform well when they are subjected to strong earthquake ground motions if they are properly designed and detailed to dissipate the seismic input energy through deformations in inelastic range. The connections between beams and columns thus become critical components to the performance of these structures. In conventional RCMRF connections, the width of the beam does not exceed the width of the column. Adopting a flat beam system for the design scheme provides many advantages, such as the reducing the amount of formwork required, the simplicity for repetition, and the decrease of the required story height. RCMRFs with flat beams have been used extensively, despite the lack of sufficient information on how this system behaves under earthquake loading which leads the codes to restrict the use of flat beamcolumn connections in earthquake prone regions.
In the present work, a modification of a previously developed electron cascade model is presented. More than one electronic state is incorporated in the model as well as various loss processes. Thus, new inelastic process such as photo ionization a nd electron impact ionization of the electronic excited state of the argon atom are considered. Moreover, loss processes which may act to deplete the number of electron such as electron diffusion; three body recombination and dissociate recombination are taken into account. All these processes are incorporated into the time-dependent Boltzmann equation which is solved numerically simultaneously with set of rate equations for both the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) and the excited state population respectively.
This study included 96 meningiomas treated between the years of 1999 and 2003 . The age of patients was between 18-80 years ,with a mean age of 49.16 years. Females constituted 65.6% of the patients ,while males constituted 34.4%. Large percent o f cases was between 4th to 6th decade of age, ( 56, 2% of all patients). Signs of raised intracranial pressure dominated the clinical picture presenting in 62% of patients, while epilepsy was the only symptom in 15% of the patients . MRI was performed in 81% of patients. The other patients were diagnosed by CT scan. Tumors were hemispheral in 74% of patients. The operating microscope and ultrasonic aspirator were used in 85% of cases.15% of tumors were removed using the classical methods, Total removal was achieved in 90% of cases. Clinical improvement was seen in 60.45 of cases while deterioration was seen in only 5.2% of cases. Complications included cerebral edema in five patients, and tumor recurrence in 5.2% of cases. Tumors were benign in 88%.Mortality was 2%.
This research deals with analytical study of exterior Beam-Column connections behavior under seismic load. Tow parameters were considered: axial load on the column and confinement of joint region with stirrups. Ansys program was used to analytica l study of three types of exterior Beam-Column connections under cyclic load. The results were shown a good agreement with general behavior of three types. The analytical results indicate that the tow parameters will improve the behavior of the connections delay cracking at joint core and increasing connection stiffness in rotation and displacement with decreasing shear value at joint.
