The interest issue was for long time ago and still one of the critical issues debated among economists through it monetary policy tools can be implemented in order to reach the economic goals set by the economic policy of any country, With the appear
ance of the banks, which have been considered as the backbone of the economy and the basic cell of the national economy growth and its engine as they keep, move, develop, and facilitate the exchange of
money the interest rate has become as a nervous system for commercial banks because of its significant impact on the revenues and expenses of these banks through the interest rates debtors and creditors imposed on their activities,Therefore, the main aim of this research is to study the impact of the net interest margin on the profitability of commercial bank by conducting an
empirical study in The Bank of Syria and Overseas (BSO), the commercial bank has been chosen because the interests debtors and creditors constitute the largest proportion of revenues and expenses of commercial banks by displaying the size of revenues and expenses of the bank and their vulnerability to interest rates imposed by the central bank this study found that the profitability of commercial banks consists mainly of the net interest margin
which reflects the difference between the creditor interests levied for the facilities granted and the debtors interests paid on deposits.
Snobar River is the basic water resource system in Snobar watershed (268.8 km2), which empties into the Mediterranean sea 10 kilometers south of Lattakia. We must find out advanced management to face of the recent serious conflicts such as climate ch
anges. Modeling is adopted as appropriate tool to achieve this object. This study uses the software package WEAP21 (Water Evaluation and Planning System), which is specifically designed to evaluate and plan the water resources. We suggest two scenarios to carry out the weaping Snob arriver basin: the first includes new irrigation techniques, the second includes extended dry climate. The study has shown that demand site coverage reaches to 100%, but the river dries in the downstream of Athwart reservoir. We economize on water by suggestion a dripping irrigation technique (59%). Water year method and extended dry climate scenario declare the likely dangerous effects of climate changes.

لذا نهدف في مشروعنا إلى تقديم نظام استرجاع معلومات يقوم بتصنيف المستندات حسب محتواها إلا أن عمليّة استرجاع المعلومات تحوي درجة من عدم التأكد في كل مرحلة من مراحلها لذا اعتمدنا على شبكات بيز للقيام بعملية التصنيف وهي شبكات احتماليّة تحوّل المعلومات إلى علاقات cause-and-effect و تعتبر واحدة من أهم الطرق الواعدة لمعالجة حالة عدم التأكد .
في البدء نقوم بالتعريف بأساسيّات شبكات بيز ونشرح مجموعة من خوارزميّات بنائها وخوارزميّات الاستدلال المستخدمة ( ولها نوعان دقيق وتقريبي).
يقوم هذه النظام بإجراء مجموعة من عمليّات المعالجة الأوليّة لنصوص المستندات ثم تطبيق عمليات إحصائية واحتمالية في مرحلة تدريب النظام والحصول على بنية شبكة بيز الموافقة لبيانات التدريب و يتم تصنيف مستند مدخل باستخدام مجموعة من خوارزميات الاستدلال الدقيق في شبكة بيز الناتجة لدينا.
بما أنّ أداء أي نظام استرجاع معلومات عادة ما يزداد دقّة عند استخدام العلاقات بين المفردات (terms) المتضمّنة في مجموعة مستندات فسنأخذ بعين الاعتبار نوعين من العلاقات في بناء الشبكة:
1- العلاقات بين المفردات(terms).
2- العلاقات بين المفردات والأصناف(classes).
This research aims to study the effect of addition the filling materials (sodium aluminosilicate, Talc) to the unsaturated polyester(unsaturated polyester resign)(UPR) first, and unsaturated polyester reinforced by fiberglass (20%) secondly, Number o
f mechanical tests were done, they included (Tensile, Flexural Strength). The effect of addition of filling materials sodium aluminosilicate (SAS), Talc, and a mixture of sodium aluminosilicate and Talc to the unreinforced polyester with fiberglass was studied in the first step of the research, and the results showed that the best values were gotten when adding a mixture of ((SAS) and Talc) at ratio (10% SAS,5% Talc), where the tensile strength value raised up from (31.2 MPa) to (33 MPa), and the elastic module value also raised up from (2330 MPa) to (2750.5 MPa) , and the flexural strength value also raised up from (0.057 GPa) to (0.0729 GPa). The effect of addition of filling materials (sodium aluminosilicate, Talc, and a mixture of sodium aluminosilicate and Talc ) to the reinforced polyester with fiberglass (20%) was studied in the second step of the research, and the results showed that the best values were gotten when adding a mixture of ((SAS) and Talc) at ratio (5% SAS,5% Talc), where the tensile strength value raised up from (101.7 MPa) to (108.8 MPa), and the elastic module value also raised up from (5616 MPa) to (6367.9 MPa), and the flexural strength value raised up from (0.1203 GPa) to (0.1597 GPa).
The third sector of lower Euphrates basin has a great economic importance, but some
lands have gone out of service because of salinization due to the rise of groundwater levels.
Thus, it is very important to solve the ground water issue using new s
cientific techniques.
This research aims to solve the drainage problem in the third sector using a scenario based
on a mathematical model, the results of which allow us design a proper drainage network
comprised of 111 wells scattered all over the study area, with a total abstraction of 269000
m3/day. This will lower the groundwater level, dry the swamps, and decrease the soil
salinity, ensuring a sustainable economic exploitation of agricultural lands.
The research aims to optimize the investment in solar cooling process using two
models of vessels (clay- mineral).The study was conducted at the site of Tartous in the
month (the fourth - fifth - sixth) years (2013) and that the fruits of the tomat
o study, she
stated that the pottery is causing a drop in temperature between )4-6( degrees Celsius, and
that the metal causes the low temperature range between (3-5 ) degrees Celsius although
the fruits of tomatoes preserved pottery vessels have not undergone any damage of its
structure or texture during the period of conservation (27 days) compared to the control
which is exposed to damage during the (12 days) .
Flower buds of capers were processed by some common methods as pickling,
salting, and other uncommon like freezing with and without blanching and canning. The
results showed that there was no microbiological growth in all methods since the fourth
month of storage. Best growth for lactobacillus bacteria was in 5% brine (8.2 × 106) and
then in 8% brine (1.2 × 106)CFU.g-1 . while there wasn’t any growth of this bacteria by
using other methods like using high concentration of salt 23%. On other hand, the results
showed that this bacteria existed in small account (1.4 × 102) and (1.1 × 102) CFU.g-1
after a week in brine 16% and the freezed sample respectively. There was no statistical
difference between the two storage solutions as there wasn̓ t any microbiological growth in
both of them through 8 months.

Methodology represents the basics of Building. The scientific work
as Well as its representing approaches, its forms and its methods ،all of
which represent the possipility of occurring new knowledge (epistemic)
activity, and its forms and methods
. The method is the corner stone in it.
Some researchers misunderstand this science by limiting it only to the set
of methods. It represents a common area that links philosophical sciences
and specialized sciences. It does not include new knowledge, rather, it
shows how to attain this knowledge. Its main purpose is to turn
knowledge into scientific principles and rules.
Methodology consists of four levels; Philosophical methodology,
General scientific, Specific (science system), and special.
This research aims at identifying the obstacles facing graduate students when they
use the Internet for the purposes of scientific research by answering the following
questions:
1 - What are the obstacles faced by graduate students while using the
Internet for
research purposes?
2 - Is there a difference between the answers of graduate students as
regardschallenging the obstacles they face when using the Internet for the purposes of
scientific research?
The research employs descriptive analytical method by using questionnaires
composed of (30) distributed over three areas, the research found the following results:
1 - Most resolution phrases constituted obstacles to graduate students when using the
Internet for the purposes of scientific research substantially and medium.
2 - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean of graduate
students’ answers at the University of Damascus concerning their challenge for degrees of
constraints of Internet use in scientific research; there are significant differences between
the mean of students’ answers concerning their challenge for degrees of constraints of
Internet use in scientific research due to the academic variable level in favor of Ph.D.
students.
