Administrative responsibility is a real
guarantee of respecting environmental laws. If the
administration aims to protect the environment and
create sustainable development, we should help it and
expand its responsibility. Development should not
take
priority over the environment and resources’ health.
This research outlines the legal regulations for this kind of pollution
in Iraq, Egypt and Syria by defining pesticides, their source and
harmful effects on humans and the environment; and then outlining
the laws that control it in the above-menti
oned countries which put
preventive and punitive measures to protect air from pollution by
pesticides to ensure the best level of protection of public health; one
of the aims of administrative regulations for the protection of the
environment. It also presents applicable suggestions and
recommendations that help any one who aims at reaching good
management of pesticides and a clean environment.
this paper highlights the role NGOs played in
developing these treaties and conferences, setting an example on
how to protect the environment and stop its deterioration on both
national and international levels and find solutions to the problems
and limit them.
Generally, the environmental constitutional regulations used by countries vary
between objective ones made to legalize the right for a safe
environment and procedural ones. This paper focuses on and
analyzes the methods that must be used when making decisions
related to environmental protection.
