Beggars, describing their condition, and discussed the impact of several factors, including the environment, educational and cultural situation, low wages and the high cost of living, on increasing begging phenomena, as well as a discussion of the implications of the problem on individuals and society. Beggars counter these and address the negative phenomenon.
