In this research, measurement of radioactivity of bismuth-212 in the soil of the village of the Ien Lailonin- Alhafah area- Latakia city using gamma spectrometry to make sure the radioactive content to soil, and was measuring the radioactivity of bismuth-212 using the alpha spectroscopy, after digestion 10g of soil using nitric acid and sulfuric acid concentrated, and then spontaneaous deposition into high purity a silver disc. the results show that: the radioactivity of bismuth-212 (1,48Bq) using gamma spectrometry and (2,05Bq)using the alpha spectroscopy It is within the range allowed international border ,taking into account the errors in measurements.

In this research, we have measured the radioactivity resulting from the Cesium-137 and Potassium-40 isotopes, in milk samples (from different sources) in Lattakia’s regions. It has been found that all samples were not contaminated by Cesium-137, but it was recorded that all samples containing radioactivity resulting from the Potasium-40 isotope with a magnitude range between , and average value . As compared with other world results, there was a good agreement between them, taking into account the errors in measurements.
In this work, we have used the basic techniques for measuring gamma rays. It is based on the use of a sodium iodide (NaI) detector withthallium activated (Tl). We have obtained:  The detector calibration NaI(Tl) and the resolution of the spectrom eter.  Measuring and determining the activity of a source can be doneby using the relative, and the absolute method. The results obtained show bythe Comparison between the experimental and the theoretical(of the sources activities)a good agreement, and the best values obtained by the absolute method.
The Mediterranean region is world’s leading olive growing area. A large amount of liquid waste results from olive oil extraction these wastewaters have a different effects an environmental . In this study, four fungal isolates from Samples of soil Polluted by olive mill wastewater ,this isolates follow to several types from deuteromycetes, they are follow to this types : Humicola sp., paecilomyces javanicus, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus flavus. They isolated them on tow media (PDA, CzA) and identify them on colony character ,Biometric and compare them with reference studies.
In this experimental work, the instruments used (detector, calibrating sources) has been calibrating, the calibration line of the detector deduced and it has been finding that the equation of calibration line takes the form: The resolution power R has been studying as function of the distance between the activity source and detector; the results obtained show that R decrease by increase the energy of the lines spectrum, this mean that the detector resolution power become bigger. It has been measured the LC، LD and MDA using two different methods of background radiation value, trapezium method and classical method, for two different distances between radioactivity source and detector: (9,3cm) and (10cm). The results show: 1- There is similar comportment of the LC، LD and MDA in function energy and the distance between radioactivity source and detector. 2- The trapezium method gives better results from the classical method to the radiation background, and this leads to lesser MDA value, this means that the sensibility is bigger to measure this quantity. 3- The relative error using MDA is (5%) for large values, and (10%) for small values
Quality Control procedure Of Gamma Spectrometry measurements using semi conductor HPGe Detectors and determination the uncertainty budget of the measurements and calibrations have been prepared. Depending on this procedure we can evaluate the qual ity of the results to be accepted or not, and where the correction actions should be used.
