The purpose of this research is to develop geometric procedures to determine the optimal values for parameters used for designing double-mass electromechanical subordinate system, by applying PID regulator. The research methods in this study aim to improve the dynamic characteristics and to have the minimal limit of the oscillations in the system, and it is materialized by using the Multi-Dimensional Optimal Parameters Method -that has been created in previous research .
Solar and wind energy is considered as one of the best renewable energy resources because it Available and economical . We can take advantage of these two resources of renewable energy in Katina area in Homs for designing and building a bilateral r esources (solar-wind) electric power system, depending on the daily bending of the wind speed and the solar radiation intensity in the studied area. This research studies the design of a hybrid wind and solar system by selecting its components that available in the local market in terms of their nominal, technical specifications, based on the technical and economic studies and the corresponding international standards. The obtained results showed that we have approximately (1246.7 Kw/Year) surplus during the year for the benefit of consumers, which makes the system economically feasible for investment, as explained in research needs an additional resource to feed the load and charge the energy-savings with (3360.2 w/day) that constituting (50.4 %) of the volume of the load in addition to the practical results provides a theoretical database, whether for the researcher or the investor in the field of renewable energies, particularly in terms of the efficiency of selecting the system’s components.
This research evaluates the performance degradation of information channels in multifunction radar due to electronic countermeasures (standoff jamming) on main loop of radar antenna .This evaluation is performed by using the signal to noise ratio( SNR ) and the probability of detection parameters with and without jamming. Improvement of radar performance is proposed by using the following (ECCM) techniques :Constant False Alarm Rate( CFAR), Pulse compression (pc) , frequency agility (FA), Frequency Diversity(FD),Logarithmic Reception , and Automatic Gain Control(AGC). In this research MATLAB, software environment is used that has advanced mathematical tools, and graphical interactive ability.
A lot of researches studies robot arms and the ability of controlling it to track targets which depends on the type of motors used, DC motors or servo motors. In addition to response time that DC and motor can give as a physical structure. Robots consists of number of junctions built of solid materials (robot arms( connected together by motors and the total structure lets the robot to move, these robots can be used in places that humans cannot act inside it or in places which we need a lot of repeated actions. This search aimes to study the robot arm movement by controlling the motors and its response to a drawn line using a PID controller to achive the most accuracy by using the distrubushion constants of the camera lens which used by the robot to see. All the cameras need to be calibrated and the constants used to move the robot in X,Y,Z.
This research aims to check the actual performance of the work of the propeller depending on series of results issued from Hamburg basins that are known by RANSE where the arcs analysis and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the propeller work in open water are done by using the commercial program CFD Analysis m by Hydro Comp. Thus, the results were compared with the experimental data and the study of fluently around the different parts of the ship and the definition of resistance values and friction factor CF. These values were compared with those issued by ITTC basins and coincidence was found between those of RANSE and the experimental values in the different stages of study. Therefore, a collection of solutions related to the work of propeller were achieved in addition to the evaluation of the level of interaction and the exchanged effect of the propeller work in different conditions, and the definition of degree of difference resulted from the values of the rotation moment and the factors of advance and control the are resulted from the use of CFD program. The numerical results and the syntheses data were discussed in case of working in open water.
