In order to improve the performance of transformers in highvoltage networks and re-electrical characteristics of insulation materials for these transformers to the nominal accepted value, methods of technical and new process are appeared to re-qualify insulation transformers in their work sites in electrical transfer stations without having to transport them to workshops or to laboratories factory .

Many recent works have demonstrated that unsupervised sentence representations of neural networks encode syntactic information by observing that neural language models are able to predict the agreement between a verb and its subject. We take a critic
al look at this line of research by showing that it is possible to achieve high accuracy on this agreement task with simple surface heuristics, indicating a possible flaw in our assessment of neural networks' syntactic ability. Our fine-grained analyses of results on the long-range French object-verb agreement show that contrary to LSTMs, Transformers are able to capture a non-trivial amount of grammatical structure.
The study seeks to determine the real time in electrical power system, which consists of
generating, transmitting and distributing equipment by using redistributing active power of
electrical generators in order to organizing the overload operation
of electrical power
transmission line loading in such case that the spare loads of electrical station are not
covering the important and necessary loads at failures.
The most of laws related to electrical power systems design indicated to proper ratio of
real time of electrical power system equipment along with characteristics of probability
distributed functions in addition to statistics methods which give a high possibility to
reduce the real time of considered loads; so; this leads to the requested solutions which
reduce the damage of failures at any time.
This study concentrates on two basic problems:i)- Increasing of power
efficiency in Industrial premises to reduce the energy needed for product
unit without any impact on the production level .
To achieve this goal, lighting system should be opera
ted in a certain
condition, capacitor banks for power factor improvement should be
installed, and energy losses of distribution transformers should be reduced.
This research present broadband over power lines (BPL) technology as an effective option for Syrian Arab republic since this technology basically based on existing network which supply the electricity to the public use.
