تعالج هذه الدراسة الصخور البازلتية المنتشرة في هضبة شين البركانية
حيث دلت الدراسة أن الاندفاعات البركانية هي انبثاقات لابية مصدرها بركنة شين –
برشين انسكبت على شكل صبات بازلتية ذات ميول باتجاه الشرق يفصل بينها فواصل
لاتيريتية, يعود منشأها إلى نهاية الميوسين الأعلى – البليوسين و هي ذات سماكات كبيرة
قرب خط الانهدام تتجاوز / 800 / م.
This study deals with the basaltic rocks spread in Sheen Volcanic
Hill. Where the studies have signified that these volcanic eruptions
are an extrusive emergences, come from Sheen Barsheen Volcano,
which Were poured as basaltic casts of declinations towards the
east, separated by lateritic separations, date back in origin to the
end of late Miocene- Pliocene of big thicknesses near the rifting
line, over 800 m, thick.
