The aim objectives of this study is, to determine the optimum distance for the cavity that can allow maximum light to pass through according to one of the criteria for assessing global sustainability, and to study the daylight characteristic of these double facade windows, In this research, it conducted numerous experiments to study the effect of doubling the facade design on the standard of sustainability (daylight factor) space studied.

The codes for sustainable homes have been introduced to drive a step-change in green building practice. It
set the international standards for key elements of the design, construction and planning. It is a tool for
designers and structural engineer
s and real estate developers and users. This paper reviews the concept of
sustainability codes through some of the world's leading experiments and implementation mechanisms . In
order to reach the main points for each codes and to find out what is essential and what is linked to the
characteristics of the region, this paper also present a brief explanation for the codes and limitations
imposed on the building through the evaluation process in the international codes. The paper also
explained degrees of classification and its effectiveness on a building, whether its binding or optional.
Concrete considers as the most popular building material because of the many advantages that it has. This come up with a huge amount of concrete waste. As a way to produce a concrete which is friend to environment, four percentages 0%, 50%, 75%,
100% of coarse recycled aggregate as replacement of natural coarse aggregate in concrete mix are used in this research. The work ability and wet and dry density are presented in this study. The compressive strength at age of 7, 28, 56 days are estimated, also splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity are founded at 28 day. The study shows that when The percentage of recycled aggregate exceeds 50% in concrete mix the mechanical properties reduce. When 100% of recycled aggregate is used the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus decrease by 14%, 22%, 25% respectively, so it is possible to use recycled aggregate concrete in production of non-structural elements.

to trace a series of successive changes within the BIM environment.
This paper offers different necessary models to build the DSM; then they are fed by
the information of a commercial building project collected from design engineers.
The proposed method represents the various dependencies between the parameters of
building and evaluates their impact on the levels of elements, the whole system and
subsystems in a way that allows to identify the critical parameters and predict some of the
iterative cycles of change to avoid unnecessary rework.
