يعالج البحث قضية المصطلح اللساني العربي، و يحاول توصيف مشكلاته القائمة، و تحديد أسبابها؛ ليصل إلى نتائج علميةٍ تعينه على تقديم الحلول لها، فيعرض بدايةً طبيعة علم المصطلح و آلياته العلمية و علاقته باللسانيات، ثم يجمل القول على خصائص المصطلح العلمي، و يحدد ما يتميز به عن مفردات اللغة الأخرى، و ينتقل بعد ذلك إلى الخوض في غمار مشكلات المصطلح اللساني العربي، فيَصِف واقعه، و يعرض مشكلاته التي تزعزع خصائصه الاصطلاحية، و يحاول تحديد أسبابها، و تقديم المقترحات لتجاوزها، كما يعرض جهود المؤسسات اللغوية العربية في حل هذه المشكلات، و يناقش الهنات و نقاط الضعف التي أدت إلى إبعادها عن تحقيق غايتها، و يناقش إشكالية استخدام المصطلح اللغوي العربي التراثي في مقابل المفاهيم اللسانية المستحدثة، فيعرض الآراء المتباينة حول هذه الإشكالية، و يقدم رؤيته مسوغاً لها، و يخلص إلى تكثيف نتائجه في خاتمة يقدم فيها بعض التوصيات التي يراها ناجعةً في حل مشكلات المصطلح اللساني العربي.
The research deals with the issue of the Arabic Linguistics, tries to characterize its problems and determines it causes; in order to reach scientific results that help them to provide solutions. It presents beginning of the nature of the science of term and its scientific term and determines what is distinct from the vocabulary of other language. Then turn to go into the problems of the term Arabic language, describe its realty and presents its problems that destabilizes its conventional characteristics, try to determine the causes of these problems and suggests to over com them. It presents the efforts of Arab linguistics institutions to solve these problems and identifies their weakness. It discusses the problematic usage of the traditional Arabic linguistics against the modern linguistics concepts, presents the different views on this problem and proposes its vision as a just ification and ends with recommendations for solving the problems of the Arabic linguistics.

which attempts to articulate the identity of its producer, exhibits wide
ranging references to its Arabic and Islamic background. Surveying a
vast corpus of Arab-American writings, t
he present paper demonstrates
the overwhelming presence of Arabic and Islamic culture in such
writings, discussing its various textual forms and, thus, confirming the
Arabic component of Arab-American identity.
This paper aims at analyzing and studying the phenomenon of
melancholy (sadness) in modern Arabic poetry since it is a feature that, unlike in ancient Arabic poetry, we can come across in most modern poetic writings. The paper distinguishes between
the sadness of an ordinary man and that of a creative writer who shows a special sensitivity and can turn his sadness into something creative and can express it in his writings. In this study, the researcher refers to the most eminent critical points of view that dealt with the phenomenon of melancholy in modern Arabic poetry. For example, Dr. Ezzuddeen Ismail’s philosophy and opinion in this respect are referred to especially that he links and compares between Arab poets and their European counterparts concerning the subject of expressing sadness in their poetry. Likewise, Dr. Ismail refers to the affinity between sadness in Arabic poetry and some prose writings that became known in the Arab culture due to the connection with the Western culture. The paper discusses these points of view and concludes, through analysis of poetic examples, that there are two reasons for expressing sadness in poetry: First, personal reasons that the poet has due to an illness, a poverty, or expatriation. Second, national reasons that have to do with the status and condition of the Arab Nation in modern times especially the political, social, and economic trouble and crises.
The quality was not the creation of this new era, its roots date back to
the old Arab scholars. They have studied it in-depth in their scientific
publications, the poets were sitting and competing with each other in
Makkah's markets to choose the
best poetry, through a committee of
quality experts who judge their poetry. The meanings –which have the
topic of composition and its rules- having a great deal of quality. Al-
Jurjani had studied and treated this topic exhaustively, when he criticized Al-Jahiz who were interested in the literal meaning which has no value unless it has a noble meanings. Add to that, the Arabic script has a big merit in the language, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala (S.W.T). Said: ﴾Nun By the pen And by the record which (men) write1﴿ Allah S.W.T. has oath in the pen, because it has a big honor, and the person who writes well occupy a high place in the nation. The reliable writer is close to the Sultan in most things if not all of them. In view of the punctuation marks which have a big importance in the language, to know the devision and connecting of the speech, and also the beginning and the end of it, the quality standard had been taking into consideration in all of the above matters, and obtained an elaborated study in old times of Arabs.
Social media (SM) platforms such as Twitter provide large quantities of real-time data that can be leveraged during mass emergencies. Developing tools to support crisis-affected communities requires available datasets, which often do not exist for lo
w resource languages. This paper introduces Kawarith a multi-dialect Arabic Twitter corpus for crisis events, comprising more than a million Arabic tweets collected during 22 crises that occurred between 2018 and 2020 and involved several types of hazard. Exploration of this content revealed the most discussed topics and information types, and the paper presents a labelled dataset from seven emergency events that serves as a gold standard for several tasks in crisis informatics research. Using annotated data from the same event, a BERT model is fine-tuned to classify tweets into different categories in the multi- label setting. Results show that BERT-based models yield good performance on this task even with small amounts of task-specific training data.
