this research will handle the issue of constructional designs in sites of cultural value and control standards in constructional urbanism with the purpose of supporting the character and achieving visual continuity with the content. The research also deals with the forms of constructional design within cultural content. It concentrates on "infill design" policy and defines its dealings standards to achieve coherence with content and create a method to achieve the intended goal.

This paper aims at studying the changes occurring in residential components and cultural backgrounds of residents and their effect upon urbanism and urban structures in areas of cultural values, and thus discovers the reasons of their deterioratio n and binds them with urban and non-urban aspects together with assuring the importance of non-urban aspects in forming the spirit and character of these areas. The methodology of this study depends on pursuing human beingplace relationship, considering cultural, social and urban outcomes through studying human being's relationship with the place of cultural value and a certain place within " traditional quarter" “Al hara” in particular, and the cultural social effects of this relationship upon urbanism and residential environment in historical nucleuses of Arabic cities.
The cultural heritage image, which is one of the modern figurative images, has been increasingly used in modern Arabic literature which finds in traditions a rich source for figurative image. This research deals with one of the mechanisms to emplo y this image in Mamdouh Adwan's poetry, which is the cumulative employment. The research has chosen one example highlighting the significance of this partial image in constructing integrated scenery which, in turn, produces a full image. Moreover, this research confirms the importance of cultural heritage in providing the poetic image with components and elements that have specific semantic nature. Consequently, the interaction between the author and the cultural heritage becomes effective, at the level of the image, in order to produce poetic vision of a traditional reference. However, it does not eliminate the originality of the poet; rather it deepens the content and gives the form new artistic devices.
The aim of this research was studying effects of traditional heat treatments used in hen egg preparing in nutrient compounds content and nutrient value. This research was conducted in internal trade and consumer protection directorate laboratories.
This paper addresses the subject of design changes management in the context of a multidisciplinary collaborative Building Information Models (BIM) environment. Within Building projects organization field, This research aims to use change managemen t as tool for design and decision making. The proposed method for the management of design changes depends on both modeling the elements of structure based on BIM and using parameter-based design structure matrix as tool for Change Management in a way that will support the effective flow of information between disciplines, and thus reduces design changes, and will be able to trace a series of successive changes within the BIM environment. This paper offers different necessary models to build the DSM; then they are fed by the information of a commercial building project collected from design engineers. The proposed method represents the various dependencies between the parameters of building and evaluates their impact on the levels of elements, the whole system and subsystems in a way that allows to identify the critical parameters and predict some of the iterative cycles of change to avoid unnecessary rework.
This research is designed to study the diagnostic yield of brush cytology for biliary strictures. Brush cytology technique is of a great value to provide cytological samples during ERCP for patients with biliary strictures . The study included 34 patients with biliary stricture, ERCP was performed to all patients and cellular samples were taken using a brush for cytology . During the study period (one year) , the final diagnosis was made using a systematic approach based on clinical, radiological, laboratory or histopathological diagnosis . Sensitivity and specificity of brush cytology were studied . The sensitivity of biliary brushing was 57.1% , specificity was 100%, positive predictive value was 100% , negative predictive value was 76.9% and accuracy was 82% . Conclusions: Brush cytology has a very high specificity but an intermediate sensitivity for the diagnosis of malignant biliary strictures . Despite that , brush cytology is of a high diagnostic utility to distinguish between malignant and benign causes of biliary strictures .
